Comment : Quality and friendly service! They are very accommodating of your schedule with the ability to drop your car off safely before or after hours. You get sent a work cost breakdown where you can choose which services you want or dont want done, with full details of the work costs. Pictures are also included showing what needs fixing. Comment : Booked through AAA after a brake line failure and tow to the shop on a Saturday evening. By opening on Monday morning, the guys had heard my voice mail, wiggled around the schedule to fit me in, were considerate that I was 10 hrs from home, had a rental car and would try save me another day s fees, have a realistic worst case senario timeline, put a mechanic that knew the vehicle on the job and had it done mid-afternoon after diagnosing that both brake lines should be replaced (as I agreed). Comment : I had a lovely experience, I went in to get an inspection and oil change. I love how there was a text with all the findings from the inspection and a quote. I dropped my car off at 7:30am and it was done by noon same day. They are so quick to respond and return calls. Ken is also so smart and really looks out for what s best for your wallet and what s fair.
