After waiting an entire month for a response, I finally received an email from their General Manager — and had no choice but to pay for the repairs myself.

I was initially so grateful for their help with the $12,000 engine. But shortly after, I noticed an oil leak coming from the oil pan gasket included with the engine.
When I picked up the car, I took it directly to BMW for a full inspection — and they spotted the leak right away. I brought it back to the shop that installed the engine, but they told me everything looked fine. Still, they gave me a 90-day warranty.

A few weeks later, the leak was clearly still there. I reached out again and waited another 4 weeks for an answer… only to be told the warranty covers the engine but not the parts.

So basically, the engine came with a leak, and that's it.

Lesson learned: unless you're a mechanic or deeply understand car parts, you’re left saying “thank you” and hoping for the best.

Right now, I don’t feel anything but fooled.
But anyways, Im thankful for all the good.

Seriously, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They charged me $1400, and they didn't fix anything.
My car stopped on the highway, the same day they were supposed to fix it.(changed a part that wasn't needed)
Plus rude staff.🤮🤮🤮🤮
