Comment : Unresolved AC problem and very bad experience because I paid almost $500 for a service that only lasted a week and was not resolved. I took my car back to get it fixed and again it was not repaired because they want to charge me again for the work.

New Concepts paid to for me to take an Uber home.
I Live 5 minutes from the shop.
Agent was courteous
Work was done correctly and got complete report of the overall condition of the car.

Comment : These guys will never let you down. Great work! They send pictures and messages of everything you need done after inspection and do great work on everything they do. I highly recommend them. They offer great prices and always send coupons to your house. Definitely check this place out for your car problems.

Comment : Zero Stars. Shop replaced radiator. We had questions regarding the engine - they said no problem new radiator and you’ll be good to go. Made it less than 2 miles before the engine started smoking. Car is dead. Shop owner is dishonest or simply not sure about how to repair. Good at seeking service knowing full well a new radiator was not the only issue. They got our money. We got nothing.
