Comment : Minutes after posting a positive review for New Concept Auto Service, the brakes they "quickly fixed" went out again! The "fix" had lasted three days. When I took the car back they said they could do additional work for an additional $4600. Comment : New Concept "fixed" my brakes for $2700. The "fix" lasted three days, then the brakes went out again. When I took it back they said it needed additional work for an additional $4600. I took my car elsewhere.

Comment : Had a great experience at this location in December 2023 (brakes, transfer case fluids, and valve cover gaskets). Recently I ve had some less than desirable experiences, requiring multiple visits for a non functional AC (first trip to replace compressor, second trip because they forgot to recharge it, and third trip because the function was not checked and a fuse was out). Valve covers were leaking again which they replaced the gaskets under warranty, but failed to recognize that the warped covers needed replaced to fix the problem (common issue on my vehicle). It was pouring smoke at stoplights and clearly still leaking oil. A few trips later and it seems to be OK.They have offered rideshares and replaced coil boots that were oil saturated from the leak no charge for the inconvenience, but I ve been out a vehicle a lot the past two months. Comment : I came in to get a second opinion on a slow oil leak. Toyota said seals were leaking from oil pan, timing cover and value cover after having a oil change done. I get ads from your company alot and it sounded good and decided to come in there after talking to one of the people there saying they would check it for free. They were so nice and I really wanted to see what they would charge. The mechanic said he could see it leaking from the value cover and oil pan for sure. I wanted to know how much it would cost to have all three fixed including the timing cover reseal and how much for just each one separately. The nice man said he would email me the cost. I never got a email after 2-3 weeks and even called after that and a different person I assume answered and I asked again about not getting the email and he said they would send. I have never gotten it. I ended up going to Toyota and getting it fixed to my dismay since it was expensive. I think you all would of charged less. They resealed all 3 the timing, oil and value gasket. I would never get online and say anything bad about your garage since they were so nice to look at it for free even though I did have a coupon for get a second opinion free but didn't need. Th mechanic even showed me where it was leaking under the value cover but couldn't say for sure about the timing since it could of been from the value cover blowing oil back on it. He was so informative and helpful trying to show me the issue. I would of loved to have had him work on my car. He understood my financial issues and made me feel he really cared. I gave the dissatisfied because of not getting the email with the cost of everything not the employees. I don't know why the never sent the email. I will remember your garage and watch for maybe anything else I might need like oil changes, etc. I am a AAA member.

Comment : New Concept Auto was phenomenal! They were excellent with their communicating before I even brought my car in. They did a thorough inspection and clearly communicated current issues and issues that may pose a problem down the road; they made the whole experience as stress free as possible.
