Comment : My car was having issues with its AC system - it couldn’t get the air cold enough after the car had been outside for a while in the summer heat - it would just blow lukewarm air at that point. So, I made an appointment with New Concept Auto Service and they got my car in and out quickly with a thorough diagnostic check and evac & recharge of the AC system. The communication throughout the process was great and the cost of the work was in line with my expectations. Highly recommend checking NCAS out for your auto service needs.

Comment : Quote was ridiculously high AND they said I needed an alternator but mine was fine. It was the a/c compressor that needed to be replaced and they didn't even mention it. Went elsewhere and got repairs done for what just the alternator would have cost me here...that wasn't even bad.

Comment : I like how they send pictures of what is wrong with my car. I have the option of approving the service or not. They also tell me how urgent the repair is. I feel heard and respected, I never feel like they are trying to sell me a flux capacitor or any other unneeded repair for my car.

Comment : These guys mean what they say and do go above and beyond! I took my car in for a warranty repair on the starter. The new starter went bad a couple months later and Mike and the guys took care of me, paid for the tow and my ride to the shop to pick up my car. The tech reattached my bumper and fixed the plastic cover under the engine so it wouldn't drag on the pavement anymore. All at no charge! I definitely trust these guys with my car and will be back!
