Comment : When I went to new concept auto Kara greeted me like I was family. She was very helpful explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle and why it needed to be done. When I had questions she had answers. I would recommend this shop to everyone I know and I would tell them to ask for Kara.

Comment : I?d give them zero star if I could. Disgusting business practices. My daughter?s car (a 2008 BMW with only 82,000 miles) was towed here when the transmission light came on and would no longer move. They told her the transmission was done and needed a new transmission for $8600. The report they gave her mentioned 2 specific codes and mentioned the codes lead to 2 courses of action, ensure fluid was full (it was) then if full, replace a seal inside the transmission, which they didn?t do. When I called asked about the second one they said the fluid was really dirty and burnt and the transmission was shot. When I said I?m just going to junk the car then they came back with an offer of $6000 which was a red flag to me. I had the car towed to another shop which did the seal replacement and the car is good to go for $7000 less than the original bill they gave my daughter! I feel like they were only looking to make money on the situation my daughter was in and were not actually trying to do the right thing to fix the problem. They also mentioned several times, to both of us they had financing options available, which just confirms to me it?s all about making money not helping customers. Needless to say the other shop will get all our future business.
