Comment : My vehicle would not start so found New Concept (OPKS) on the web. Had vehicle towed & received a great explanation about the problem & quote from Wes before any work was done. Once approval for repair given work was done quickly. This will be my repair shop from now on.

Comment : If you have car repairs, New Concept Auto should be your 1st call. I was referred by a friend after my car was acting up while in Kansas from out of town. Raphael and Jason took care of me and my car! Their inspection was quick and estimate completely fair and reasonable! I had my car back the next day and was able to get back home! I’m so pleased with my experience I may drive to Kansas and visit New concept Auto for all of my auto needs!!!

Comment : Took my car to them to diagnose a problem which IMO the dealership caused. They found it. It wasn t news I wanted to hear as they needed to replace the motor. They got it done and it runs better now than when I bought the car 9 years ago. They also found things the dealership ignored.
