Comment : Listen up folks. This place will remind you of the ma and pa shop you used to visit in 2012. Very professional. Nick- my service rep- stellar. Told me what I needed. Gave me the information based on whats he’s seen and experienced before. Got me in and out within a day.

These are the type of guys that stay overtime if the car was promised at a certain time. It’s like a little family in there. I could feel it.

Go here for your auto needs. I know ill be returning.

Comment : They wanted to charge me $2700 for repairs. I went to CarMax for a second opinion. I would post the price differences but they were horrifying. The worst being, I was told my warranty would not cover my oil leak, and it 100% was. I felt absolutely violated after this experience, and I would highly caution anyone to not take their quote as gospel.

Comment : We took our vehicle here on a recommendation are are very happy with the service we received. While it was a fairly large job, the various technicians communicated the status well and made sure everything was tested and in good working order before we received our vehicle back. Very courteous and punctual, they got us worked in sooner than expected.

Comment : I took my car here for an oil leak. The first time I got my car back, it wasn’t fixed. They said they forgot to put a part on. Upon bringing it back a second time, i had to bring it back a third time because something else messed up. In the midst of all of this, I spoke with Raphael, he assured me he’d take care of everything and because of the inconvenience he adjust the price and let me know he’d call me back the following day. I didn’t get a response the following day, however I called back to find out he was on vacation. When going to pick up my car they couldn’t find my key. Someone left with it. My overall experience was OK. Just one inconvenience after another. In total, I ended up paying 2900 for a gasket replacement and misfire. Would I go back? No and that’s simply off the lack of good customer service.

Comment : Several negative experiences here. Missed simple to spot problems on one vehicle and offered to “diagnose” for an extra fee when it took 10 seconds to find. 2nd vehicle given quotes that were 3X higher than Dealership costs to perform the same repair. Zero confidence in their ability to do or even quote the job right. Won’t be back, very disappointed.
