Comment : Took my car to them to diagnose a problem which IMO the dealership caused. They found it. It wasn t news I wanted to hear as they needed to replace the motor. They got it done and it runs better now than when I bought the car 9 years ago. They also found things the dealership ignored.

Comment : I'm severely disappointed with the service. I was told that there were "chunks" out of my front passenger tire. Took the car to get new tires and when they pulled the right rear tire they showed me that it was completely worn on the inside as well as the outside. I was not notified of this bigger danger at the time of service.

Comment : I took my car to this people because the fan and speakers are not working they diagnose the whole car every thing Rafael was the one contact me he said the car needs new BCM I told him ok go ahead and replace it a week later he told me the car still the same we need to replace another thing and I told him ok no problem, so far $3,000, a week later he said the car is ready when I went there the car was as same as I brought it nothing got fixed, i left it for with them for another 10 days and he told me when need to replace another thing and it cost almost $1,700 at this time I was like no thanks that s too much you are just charging me and my car still the same , just take your stuff that you installed And give me my car he said anyway you have to pay $3,000 if not they will tow the car to the auction. He knows actually what parts need to be replaced since they diagnose it from the first time but he didn t want to tell me all what the car needs in one time because they know nobody will pay $4,700 for stupid things, he was telling me the problems alone so he could make me face the fait accompli not to have other choices I pay or they take my car I had to pay them $3,000 to get my car and my car still the same. Comment : I tried to give New Concept the benefit of the doubt but I can't.I've taken my car there twice. They are pricey; ~$274 for initial exam of fluids, battery, filters, plugs & etc.The first repair (suspension):I had to take it back 3 times. None the less, I brought it in for a second repair because; I thought they were honestly trying the first time, they said the problem was faulty new parts, which would be difficult to diagnose, they didn't charge for the 3rd return visit and ultimately, the problem was improved. I was patient, they had my car for well over one month.This second time (brakes) was too much:The car was swerving a little when braking. They said I needed new calipers, hoses and brake fluid. I was getting other repairs so I opted just for the new fluid, no calipers, because of $. I understand the the problem would not be completely fixed but after the work, it was worse. The brakes were weaker, pulled left when not braking, felt like the brakes were dragging and smelled of burned rubber. It seems like replacing the fluid shouldn't make the braking worse but if that's a possibility, they should have warned me.My ultimate frustration is that; when I called, they offered to look at it but for more money... a similar formula to my first repair. They say their work is guaranteed. At least the first time, they looked at it before telling me it would cost more. This time could have been a simple over sight like not getting the lines bled. I think it's understandable that I'm weary and don't want to go down the same road again.A suggestion:If you decide to take your car to them, ask what the initial exam will involve and how much cost will add to your bill.
