Comment : Twice now these guys failed to top off fluids like washer fluid. Makes me wonder what else they are not doing well. Also they hit us up for all sorts of "recommended maintenance" only it was 30k miles too early. Done with them.

Comment : I would love to give this business 10/10. I called 6 mechanics who all told me my motor was locked up. I took my car to New Concept on 7/18/25 and they found out that my motor was not locked up and that I need an AC compressor and a few other minor things. They were done with my car on 7/25/25. Great service , reasonable prices and they have snacks in the waiting room. Highly recommend!
