Comment : The team at New Concept was super prompt and communicative. They diagnosed and fixed our battery issue in one day after AutoZone was wrong about the issue. They also checked our car’s history and recommended maintenance that was overdue. Highly recommend!

Comment : First class! These guys handle business and that’s all I ask. I needed A TON of work done to my 23 year old antique but couldn’t afford all of it. Scott asked me what I wanted to spend and we met at a price I was comfortable with. Two days later I’m picking my car up and he tells me there was more work that needed to be done but he took care of it. I was floored! This is a business, not a hobby. These guys service to make a profit not take losses. Yet Scott and the team went deeper than just a profit; more like a relationship. You guys have my business from here on, thank you and God bless.
