Comment : Had a full brake job done, front and rear. Left the shop with a horrendously loud metal grinding noise from the rear axle. A person working nearby heard the noise and yelled at me to stop driving immediately and take it back to the shop. I asked if it was taken a test drive and I was assured yes. A 5 mile loop. There’s no way they could have missed this sound. Called 4 times on a Friday night. No one has returned a call so no after hours service follow up. This is my first time using them and I’m very concerned for safety, attention to details and quality control.
