Comment : Can't say enough sons car wouldn't start was next to these guys shop. We determined battery terminal loose. Guy came over tightened it checked it was all good. No charge wouldn't take a tip.Thank You guys!!!!

Comment : I called ahead to ask if they could replace the battery in my vehicle, and they initially told me they didn?t have the correct battery. I asked if I could bring in my own battery, and they agreed. I purchased a battery from O?Reilly, but when I arrived, they said it was the wrong one. I went back to O?Reilly to exchange it, but the second battery was also considered incorrect.

At that point, they informed me they actually did have the correct battery in stock and quoted me $600 for the battery and installation. Had they checked in the beginning, this entire process could have been avoided and saved me a lot of time.

I then went to Tyler?s Automotive on Main Street, where they installed the correct battery I had purchased in just minutes for $130.

Overall, this was a frustrating and time-consuming experience, and the pricing felt unreasonable. I would not recommend this location.

Great customer service! Patrick and Chris were highly recommended by my neighbor as I did not have a mechanic for my 2010 Dodge Caliber. And now I highly recommend them as well.

The issue was the battery kept losing charge for months. Les Schwab had checked it out several times and it always tested OK. Made my way to Tigard Premium and I?m glad I did. Dropped off the car, diagnostic testing was done, the battery was bad. It was replaced and I was good to go!

Again, great customer service! I would like to commend Patrick and Chris for their professionalism, courtesy, and respect that was shown to me in doing business with them. Also, the mechanic pulling the battery out and finding that the battery would lose charge when not in the car.

I trust the staff in doing a good and honest job and will be returning to TPAR for all future car repair needs. Thank you very much!
