Comment : Before I say anything- I do want to comment on how friendly everyone here is. However, I dropped my Atlas off for an oil change right when they opened. 4pm rolls around and I call and they say their mechanic got backed up but should be done with my car at 5pm. Fair enough. I arrive there and was told they didn't have the filter in stock and I needed to come back the next day. I understand, things happen. It was just a little inconvenient and disruptive to my work day. Maybe I'm missing something here but I was scheduled a week prior and would think they would have everything they need for my vehicle ready to go. That being said, I don't think this is a regular occurrence and maybe I caught them on an off day.

Comment : They are very good at finding deficiencies, and taking photos to show problem areas. But they are way over priced. the job they did should have been at least $199 cheaper then what they charged me to replace a fuel return line. I asked how much to replace a fuel filter since they where right there, The quate was very high I did not have them change it.

Comment : Excellent service…they explained everything to me in detail, informative, helpful , and friendly.
I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost too. It’s been hard to find someone to work in my old Land Rover that knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend Neil’s.
