Comment : Just had work done at Neil’s, and it was a great experience. The facility is clean and well kept. Calvin was my service advisor. The communication is great, they got me scheduled and in the shop pretty quickly. They showed me pictures from while the tech was working on my car. My car is running great, and I feel much safer on the road. I will definitely be coming back again the next time I need work done. Thank you Calvin and the entire team at Neil’s!

Comment : Refused to work on my vehicle and kept changing their story about why they wouldn't. Claimed they couldn't locate parts which I was able to find a source for easily in 5 minutes of searching. Not sure what is up with this place but beware I guess.
