Comment : My daughter took her car in for water leak charging her $1100.00 in part's. Took the car back.still leak water. Tell her know. O we found the problem 🤦?♂blone hed gasket .know they want $2500 more. they changed part's that that it didn't need. Her car is parked. They rip her off Don't go there they're a rip off

Comment : I had a great experience at Neil's Automotive. Booked a next-day appointment through CarMax Repair Pal, and they were able to get my car in and out in a super timely fashion. They did diagnostics for a check engine light and replaced my battery -- all within a few hours. Rick was very kind and kept me updated on the status of my car. He also took extra time to look into our car warranty and find out exactly what was covered.

Comment : Great service, especially Rick. I needed a general and operational safety review of an old Honda Civic and he provided a detailed recommended list of issues that needed immediate attention and those that could be addressed later, if at all. He did a great job of keeping me updated on progress. The final bill was exactly as quoted and he provided a good overview of what I might expect in the future, given the age of the car. I'd highly recommend Neil's and Rick specifically.

Comment : I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SHOCKED. I NEVER write bad reviews but I feel ripped off. I took my truck in to get my air conditioning fixed. I paid $400 but called them after the weekend and told them it wasn't working. They said I was supposed to drive it and bring it back so they could see what was wrong with it. They didn't tell me that when i drove off. Then they fixed it and it cost another $450. It never really worked right but i kept thinking well..... maybe it will start getting cooler. No it just blew hot or warm air. the only time it's cold is when the air is cold outside. But i kept hoping i just have to drive it awhile. Most of the time i don't leave my house until after 3 so if i'm driving and it's not working i didn't have time to drive it back to them. i also thought since i paid $850 to get it fixed it should work. Now i took it back so they could see what's wrong and now they want to charge me another $150 to diagnose the problem. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SHOCKED. Comment : Yesterday was my first time at Neil's Express Automotive and I already felt like I was at a 5-star hotel because Rick and his team were so great. There were two leaks and Rick communicated to me the reason and solution to fix it with a lot of patience! Linda dropped me off at home. The water bottles they offered is a nice little perk, too. I've been going to Neil's for about 5 years and the reason I keep going back is their amazing service, not to mention their reasonable prices. Rick is always a pleasure to speak with and patiently answers all my questions and thoroughly explains pricing and the process with all the repairs.
