Comment : Quality and kind service!! I've been here a few times and it's filled with some of the friendliest staff and mechanics I've met. Steven and Wanner even helped me fix my headlight bulbs last minute after I tried doing it myself and messed them up Will definitely continue to come here for my auto needs. Comment : Probably the friendliest and most helpful auto shop I’ve been to. They take time to explain to me in simple detail what’s wrong with my car, work with me to figure out solutions and go above and beyond to help me out. I’ve brought my old car here and my new one once I upgraded cause they’re the only mechanics I trust. Definitely recommend!

Comment : I had an engine issue with my old Dodge ram truck. On the phone I explained to Guliano how my truck shook and shuddered and suddenly came to a stop going uphill. Guliano recommended I have the truck towed to his shop. I had the truck towed to Neil's Express Automotive and there I met Steven, who works with Guliano. Steven listened to my report and said he'll look at it. Within a couple of hours Steven diagnosed the problem (blown water pump and thermostat along with broken fuel pump), provided me a good and fair estimate and quick turnaround time. He recommended other items I knew needed attention. Steven was on top of the situation. Great mechanic! Long story short, my Dodge is running like a champ and I found a great family of mechanics who are also AAA recommended!!! I HIGHLY recommend Neil's Express Automotive. Thank you Guliano, Steven and Linda! You have a loyal customer now!

Comment : I had recently visited Neil's to take in my car due to a failed oil injector and cracked weather seal. I called to confirm their availability and they were quite accommodating in allowing me to drop off my vehicle in the evening before closing due to my work schedule. The following day they promptly conducted a diagnosis and informed me of the identified issues, solutions, and price quotes for each option. I appreciate the level of detail they provide and communication to ensure I am comfortable before proceeding forward with confirming what to fix. Once I agreed to move forward they fixed the car and had it ready to pick up by end of day. They also followed up the next dew days to confirm the car drove fine with no further issues. I've been a long time customer for the past few years and have been very satisfied with their quality of service. I have multiple vehicles and I trust them with the maintenance of each one. I have also brought in family and friends to have their cars fixed and maintained. I highly recommend Neil's to anyone considering their services.

Comment : Dirty corrupt mechanic’s went for a timing belt noise, after refusing their labor price and additional unnecessary work “ pads, wipers, and new caps , they purposely left a hose unattached that leak all coolant after attaching it , and fixed timing belt later now I have a overheating car and coolant leak. Took it to Toyota wondries and all of a sudden I had cracks/ holes in my coolant tank .

I know they puncture a “ needles size” on my coolant after refusing their service , I spoke to the manager and they said it was like that already, after reading the other comments similar all to coolant leaks needle’s puncture . Why wouldn’t they tell be it was leaking that day?

Comment : My Honda had a diagnostic issue so I took it in and a kind, sweet gentleman named Steven was able to order the sensor and replace it in a couple hours for a very reasonable price. Amazing service and he was kind of cute.
