Comment : Brought my car in to get a hood latch and cable replaced, was billed 900$, parts were about 200$ and tax and fees another 100$. The real gripe is the labor costing 600$. Something that takes a couple hours of labor should not be north of 500$. Makes me regret not shopping around to see what other shops would have charged. Customer service was good so that’s the one star
but kinda feel like I was swindled paying and walking out the door.

EDIT- Unfortunately I had to bring my car back the very next day because the hood latch and cable weren’t fixed properly. Hoping the second time around everything can be done correctly. The shop working once again gave great customer service though and got me a loaner till the car was fixed. Not super mad just frustrated with the money and time spent trying to resolve this problem.

Comment : We went in on a Sunday with a heat shield hanging loose. They were incredibly kind and efficient, had us in and out in 10 minutes. They were also very transparent and educated us. We will definitely be returning!
