Comment : Quick and easy to make an appointment. I was fortunate enough to be able to do early bird dropoff. Was very impressed with the car report that was emailed to me and included pictures, that was super helpful! Staff was very friendly and able to get all work done in a timely fashion.

Comment : Made an appointment to have a tire replaced. Showed up and was told they wouldn't do the work because I had ordered the tire myself. They don't want the business unless they can squeeze margin on tire purchase on top of labor. Complete waste of time.

Comment : I have a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder and the check engine light came on the car started sputtering and smoking. I took it to a Nissan dealership (California, Md) and they told me I had to pay $1,400.00 out-of-pocket to flush the engine before my warranty company would pay for any repairs. I didn’t believe them so I called Nealey Tire and Auto to schedule an appointment. When i arrived I spoke to a gentleman named Dave. Dave put me at ease and told me they would check the car out and contact the warranty company for me. Dave called me the next day and explained to me that the PCV system was faulty and would be covered by my warranty company (to the extent they would cover- that’s another issue on its own). When the car was ready for pick up Dave called me and sent the invoice via email so I could take care of my portion of the bill. When I went to pick my car up ( on a Saturday) the gentleman that took care of me name was Clinton and he was absolutely amazing (very kind and polite). I had a question when I got there that he wasn’t sure of and he immediately picked up the phone and called Dave (he’s the manager) at home on his day off to find out the answer. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone who has any tire or auto needs…they are an absolute amazing bunch of guys. Thank you for taking the time and effort to find the problem with my vehicle!

Comment : Nealy was able to squeeze me in for new tires the morning before a trip. They went over my options and provided me a quote for the work. I will definitely become a repeat customer and refer anyone that needs tire services over to Nealy!!
