Comment : Sales specialist, Josh - is great at what he does for AM Ford. He made purchasing a vehicle as easy as it could be. He was very professional and detailed. Josh made himself available anytime we needed him. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Very fast responses to all of our phone calls, emails and text messages. Josh even got on FaceTime with us to do a vehicle walk around. He sent us extra pictures and videos per our request. We really appreciate Josh and his hardworking and dedication. Comment : January I bought a brand new 2024 Wildtrak bronco from AM Ford. If you I asked me in January I would have gave a 1 star review due to the problem the vehicle had not even after owning it for 12hr. But fast forward to April I leaving them 5 stars. They helped through the toughest time on trying to figure out what was wrong with my brand new vehicle. Jake in service was working with the engineers from ford and constantly staying on top it from Gus answering all my calls of me crying over me not having my brand new vehicle 4 months. The way am ford made me feel like I was part of AM family made me feel good enough to bring in my company fleet vehicle for them to do service on. I’m glad I have AM ford the chance

I was extremely hesitant due to really bad past experience at a different dealership However Justin (salesman) made my purchas so easy as he would explain in good detail ALL of my questions and concerns.
