Comment : First time car searching and the sales associate Jarret Wilson was awesome! Super friendly and gave me all the information I needed while not being pushy. The problem is the sales manager Jared Casper. Extremely pushy and made us uncomfortable from how hard he was trying to make a sale I wasn???t ready for. He also came over to talk to us while packing chewing tobacco. Super unprofessional. edit: he???s still awful

Comment : Awful customer service. Don???t text them. They won???t reply for days. Offer the texting service but don???t use it. Bought a car from them last year under previous management and I was overcharged by a ton. Shame on me for going alone and not bringing someone with me for the purchase. I was taken advantage of. They say they buy cars but they won???t even look at my car to price it for purchase and just say ???we won???t look at it because of the mileage??? It has less than 100k for mileage. And they are selling cars currently for more than that. To not even look at the car means they know they oversold me and they know they can???t even give me nearly as much to buy it back. They are in transition of changing management. I urge everyone that bought their car there over the last few years to really take a look at what you paid.

Comment : My family went here for a car and Taylor and Clayton have exceeded our expectations. They are amazing people. They are very down to earth and welcoming. I would highly recommend having them be your people to help you. Very realistic people, very knowledgeable. Thankyou for helping us.

Comment : Mi madre y yo fuimos all??? para encontrarnos con alguien que la ayudara a conseguir un auto mejor y m???s seguro, pero mi "amigo" nunca apareci??? as??? que mi mam??? quer???a irse. *nota al margen: Este exterior, interior y la propiedad fueron limpiados, despejados y mantenidos en buen estado nos recibi??? una amable se???ora sentada a la izquierda de la entrada. Comment : I bought my first car here and I could go on and on about how stereotypically crooked the whole process was just like any other horror stories you've heard about dealerships. Check everything. Read EVERY paper because they changed up numbers on me. Plan ahead what insurance you want and what bank you want and don't let them talk you out of it. Don't tell them you have a trade in until much later in the process. After they sell you that car, they will also drop you off the face of the earth. If you're going in broke, alone and inexperienced, good luck.

Comment : My mother and I went there to meet someone to help my mother get a better and safer car but my "friend" never showed ????????????????? so my momma wanted to leave.. *side note: This exterior, interior and the property were cleaned, cleared and kept up???? we was greeted by a nice lady sitting to the left of entrance. She answered our questions & was helpful.
