Comment : One of the best experiences I’ve ever experienced for customer service as well as craftsmanship. My vehicle looks brand new. I honestly don’t know how they did it. Not only that, but I got my car back in pristine condition fully cleaned. They went above and beyond due to having the car a little longer than they had said. Mike is a pleasure to deal with. If I could give 1 million stars I would.

But George and Sheena remained as understanding and professional as possible in a difficult situation. And the quality of the work was excellent as well as the cleanliness of the car when it was returned to me. I am also appreciative of the credit George arranged with Enterprise since I was paying a surcharge for my rental car. Living on top of a mountain, and snowstorms still occurring, required an AWD rental to keep me safe during this prolonged period. 5 | Customer Service - 5.0/5.0 - | George and Sheena were doing the very best they could. 5 | Returned Clean
