Comment : took my tacoma trd offroad in today for a state inspection. my truck has a 3" suspension lift and $1500 method wheels on it. Duke was my technician and when removing my rear right wheel scratched it all up. i asked him about it after the service and his response was " its a 60lb plus tire, how else was i supposed to get it down". when i asked if the owner was available he told me he was the owner and he would not be paying for repairs because my wheels are aftermarket and not OEM. the wheels are 3 months old and pristine (other than the one he damaged.) i found after a little research that steve is actually the owner and if you are reading this Steve, please reply to this or reach out to me. i have plenty of before and after photos and would like this resolved at the lowest level is possible.took my tacoma trd offroad in today for a state inspection. my truck has a 3" suspension lift and $1500 method wheels on it. Comment : I have to brag on these folks - a car broke down right in the middle of Jefferson, like just died, and I turned around to come back and see if I could turn my flashers on or otherwise help. But before I could even get back around the block, there were six folks from NAPA out in the middle of the road with the individual, waving oncoming cars around, trying to help get it started, and just all around being good samaritans. Comment : The Most Efficient Auto Center I Recommend For Any Vehicle To Be Serviced! I Hit A Curve And My Car Sits Very Low So . Stopped by guaranteed auto and Cindy help me be safe. They gladly took my car in and took off the damaged under body parts so I could safely grove down the road.
