Comment : Extremely considerate and amazing care, I had a vehicle that needed to be serviced and it was taken care of promptly. My family has had work from them in the past and our experience has always been stellar. They brought life back into the car I brought in. Hard working and humble, I can’t recommend them enough. If you need a vehicle seen, this is the group to see. They truly take the heavy lifting off your hands.

Comment : Beware. My vehicle broke down and I had it towed to this location. They overcharged me by at least 1k. Try to avoid if possible. Other repair locations are in the area… try another one.

Comment : The prior service center had not tightened the bolts and the wheel came completely off. This service center came recommended by AAA. Choi brought in the car and immediately put it on the rack, provided an estimate by the end (had to replace the whole wheel rotor) of the day and had it ready to go in 24 hours. Great work, reasonable price. Very grateful they could get the car back on the road.

Comment : Caution to Others:
I've brought two different cars here for inspection and emissions testing on separate occasions. Strangely, each time I experienced a flat tire the very next day due to low pressure. When I returned to have the tires checked, I was told they couldn’t be repaired and was immediately recommended to purchase new tires. It’s difficult not to question the timing, as this happened after both visits. Just sharing my experience so others can be aware.

Comment : Following (costly) service, touchscreen was locked and could not access air conditioning when picking up one year old son on an 87 degree day. Staff said techs normally check this and told me to just bring the car back and wait while they take apart the console, unbelievable. No accountability. I ended up resolving with Acura customer service on my own after an hour on the phone. STAY AWAY!

Comment : Want to thank them for recharging my a/c after replacing all a/c parts on the way they found a potential reason on why my compressor won’t cut on the diagnosed and told me about it and didn’t charge me for it either 10/10 I would recommend
