Comment : My 2018 Ford Focus which is not covered by warranty due to a fender bender has been running a little rough. It does not get the mileage it should. I have brought the car in for this condition and even left the car overnight so the mechanics could find the problem when the car was cold. They could not find the problem on the computer. On the recent visit I paid 220 to change the spark plugs which didnt look like a problem to me and the car only has 20K miles on it. I authorized the changing of the plugs and a compression check at the office recommendation but the vehicle still has the problem and the shop does not have a good idea to fix it. The sad thing is the shop is within walking distance of my house and all the staff is pleasant and personable, they just cant fix the car. Im frustrated.
