Comment : If i could give 0 stars i would! I don't normally leave reviews so thats how you know they're not reliable. Terrible customer service. I continuously had to call in to make sure the guy phil was doing his job. My car had been sitting there for almost a month, he did not do anything to resolve the issue with my car let alone tell me anything about what's going on with it! It gives he just wants to get paid. I had to pay for a tow to get it picked up and send it to a repair shop that actually cares about their customers. I am a very understanding person and get that people can get busy but there is absolutely no way this is acceptable. Just BAD service overall, i highly do not recommend.

Comment : On our way from Florida to quebec and our truck had an issue...this garage was the closest to us so we took it there! Amazing service ..the garage had us back on the road in about 2 hours !! Thank you so much !!

Comment : One thing I can say about Murray's Auto repair, they always make sure your vehicle is repaired correctly the first time. You don't have to take it back 4 or 5 times like other local shops in Williamsport MD.

Comment : I? went to get new tires installed and get an alignment. We had a few phone conversations before I went to pick up my vehicle. He called to say the car was done, and when we went to pick up we were informed that they didn't do the alignment. He also attempted to double the price on us . I am all about supporting small businesses, but the way we were treated was absurd. Companies like this make big corporations seem like the good guys. I will not be returning here and I hope that you choose a company that doesn't try to con you out of your money. I attempted to call back and address this with the owner, and he immediately told me to take my tires back and he was going to find the oldest valve stems possible to install and place of the ones that they installed without our consent first. It's shocking that a business owner would talk to their customer in this way.
