Comment : State inspection and emissions

From NJ and had to get my car inspected for transfer. I have AAA and received a coupon for the state inspection part and called around from the list that AAA gave me. Based off of the quote received from and the reviews I decided to come here, even though it wasn’t the closest to me (also not that far either).
Customer service was fine. Everyone was very polite. I’m not sure on the typical wait time for state inspections and emissions as NJ does it differently, but it took a little over an hour. (my recommendation would be to do drop off (really not much of a waiting area).
All in all no real complaints. My only gripe ( reason for the 3 stars) is that I was quoted the same price twice before actually going to the facility by the front person. However, told different price after everything was completed. Although the difference wasn’t going to break the bank, I feel that if you give someone a price (twice mind you), for a standard service such as a state inspection and emissions, it should be that price. I will add that she did apologize.
