Comment : I always felt like I got great service. I use the service where they pick me up and drop me off at work while my vehicle is serviced. I love that feature, but I noticed that some drivers are more careful than others. I never got into an accident, but the person who had driven me back when it was "Normans" used to tell me he never makes a left turn on Lakeville Road to drive into the gas station, but would keep driving on Union Turnpike, and then make 3 left turns around the block to get back in the gas station. This old driver (I think his name was Ben) used to say that he never made a left turn on Union to pull into the gas station, because they would see the number of times it would lead to an accident. I do wish that the drivers who provide this service now would follow the same rules. It uses more gas, but I would rather have that than get my car into an accident. This is a minor issue, and I am an otherwise very satisfied customer.
