Comment : My check tires light came on and they checked for leaks, found 2 sensors were not working and were able to replace them, rotate and balance my tires. All very timely and very efficient. Could not be happier!

Comment : These guys are the best. My dad is 85 years old and is not knowledgeable about cars. They really take good care of him with his car maintenance. Recently my dad was convinced that he needed a new transmission. (!) We took the car to MS Precision Automotive: they checked it out and found NOTHING wrong. They could have really taken advantage of my dad in this situation, but they did the opposite...told him everything was OK. So they passed the ultimate trustworthiness test. Highly recommended!

Comment : I do not recommend this place since the original owner Mike left. The owner, Steve’s daughter who works the front desk seems like she doesn’t know what’s going on. We were lied to twice! First with my brother who unfortunately bought a car from them. Owner said was ready to pick up. Said he had E check done that morning. Went to BMV, it expired a month ago. Which means the check was done a year ago! Offered to reimburse my brother for the temp tag he had to get but never did. Second lie… appt at ten to check engine light on my mother’s car. Was told it would be about an hour. Went to get coffee, gone for an hour. Because we didn’t sit and wait in the lobby, we were put on the back burner. And yes! That’s what we were told. Tried to make excuses. Customer service and work ethic is horrible.

Comment : Went in for oil change and have my check engine light checked. I was given what was wrong and a time frame which I would need to get it fixed plus an estimate. Staff was very nice and mechanics very thorough. I have taken my vehicles there for 4 years and even bought my son’s car from them. I will continue to trust my vehicles to MS Precision.

Theyre in their late 80s and they always take great care of them and help go the extra mile to ensure the car is safe.
