Comment : BEWARE!!! My Ford Escape is at the Mr Transmission location of Walnut Grove avenue off of Dixie highway Louisville Kentucky. Apparently the landlord has locked the doors and I am not able to get in touch with anybody at that location, even called who I thought was a landlord but I'm not sure. I've called corporate office with Mr Transmission with my problem, and I have gotten nowhere. Please help me! I need my car. My car transmission went out on April 22nd. I had my car towed to that Mr Transmission on Walnut Grove avenue. The same day. And paid them half to get started then on May 7th they said that my transmission had been rebuilt so I went to pick it up and paid them in good faith the other half of my $3,857.43. Plus tax which in total was $4088.00. On my way home from Mr Transmission My transmission light came on and my escape was running very rough. I called them and they told it back to the shop the very next day which was May 8th. Since then, I've had very poor communications with them and as of now not able to talk to them. They will not answer or call me back. No one is helping me. Now this is where I'm at now. Christian Higgin, at Mr Transmission on Walnut Grove has bailed out of your company. Leaving me with no transmission. Not even my original transmission. My vehicle left up on a lift and my engine held up with a jack. Your corporate offices of Mr Transmission says that I need to sue Christian Higdon for this problem. Leaving me with no vehicle and they will not stand behind the money that I have paid. I want what I've paid for. And that is to have my transmission rebuilt. Also, I've been told that Clayton at the Middletown Mr Transmission is Christian's father and he will not even help me with this situation.

Comment : Mr. Mike and his team took great care of my wife and I. They took the time to throughly look over our family vehicle and was able to pin point the root of our issue which ended up savings us from over spending on repairs. We appreciate all their hard work and our twins do too. They were excited to see us drive their van home.

Comment : I was told that I'm not allowed to bring in a transmission I've already bought to be replaced into my car and that they would have to order it. Not sure why that would be it's the same process except they wouldn't have to go out the way to purchase the trans. I don't know about yall but to me this seems like a money hungry buisness that I will not be taking my auto care needs to

Comment : AWESOME, CARING & TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Had my car towed there after my normal mechanic suggested going to them for transmission issues. They were quick to diagnose and communicate the need for a new transmission but were willing to give me a few days to decide whether I wanted to proceed or just junk the car because of high mileage. After I decided to junk the car Mike even tried to find a buyer for me. Who in the car repair industry goes the extra mile and does that???? Mike was just the most thoughtful and professional person I have ever encountered in the car repair industry. I would highly recommend using this Mr. transmission on Hunsinger because of their compassion, patience and integrity.
