Comment : I heard something dragging under my car. I pulled over near the dollar tree,got out and looked under my car. There was this plastic piece hanging down at the front,I looked up and right across the street was Mr.K. so I dove across the street ,fingers crossed , that they could help me , not to mention it was about 10 minutes before 5pm. I walked in ,explained the problem to the lady behind the desk,she replied she thought it was the dust pan,she walked out with me, looked under the car and said it definitely was the dust pan. Mike and another man fixed the issue within 10 minutes. They were so nice and professional and saved the day. Thank you so much for helping me out. Greatly appreciated.

Comment : My heros! We broke down while on vacation. Ed, our tow driver from Mr. K, got to us quickly & was so nice. He called the owner, Mike, who got us repaired first thing in the morning & back on the road again. Saved our vacation! Thank you so much!

Comment : The quality of repair and maintenance has been great. The staff is friendly and Mike has been great for my RAM 2500 with a Cummins. I trust their work and they have always been fair and honest with me.

Comment : Mike and the Mr. K Automotive team are the best! I came into town on vacation and lost A/C. Mike was able to squeeze me in and fix my truck and was able to enjoy my trip.

Comment : My car engine died partway between Bishop and Mammoth Lakes. Basically right before everything closed for the night. Barry came to get me. He checked in on me, figured out a place to tow my car that was open late (everything else was closed), towed my car, helped me move a large amount of luggage and other items from my car to the tow truck, drove me to a hotel, and helped me unload my stuff. He was great, especially since I was 6 hours from home and trying to figure out what to do now that I didn't have a car and was starting to get a little slap happy. He totally deserves an outstanding review.

Comment : Chris , Berry , and Ed went above and beyond the call of duty. Chris came up on a Sunday morning on his day off and Towed my truck down from four Jeffery's campground. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty and set up a mechanic ( JS Automotive) Monday afternoon and made sure to check up on me to see if my truck was getting fixed. He also was working on a plan B if I could not get my truck situation solved. But in the end it all worked out. Thank you Chris , you are a true gentleman. Chris truly enjoys helping people and is a very chill and calm man. He is a man of value!! I made it home back to so. Cal! Thanks guys!!

Comment : Mr. K’s is amazing. After getting locked out of my car around 7am, the man arrived quickly even after working till 4am and was as kind as could be. He made quick work of the issue and was extremely polite (I have no idea how given he was up all night!). Love this place and the people who work there.

Comment : This is not the only poor experience I've had with Mr. K's. I took my 4runner in yesterday. With no other issues than it needing to have a alignment done. They had it for a few hours. I picked it up and then all of a sudden every time I press on the brake the 4runner shorts out and dies and a few times has shut off completely. My car had no other issues up until I took it to Mr. K's!! This is ridiculous and I am very upset about it! And NO I will not be taking it back to them. Who knows they might mess it up even more than they already have.
