Comment : Where to begin.. I've taken my truck to several repair shops trying to get the intermittent issues resolved, to no avail. After chasing gremlins for 4 years, I was convinced that my favorite truck needed to be set aside because it was unreliable. A friend told me about James who he used to work with, who he swears is an "intermittent-issue-expert" and "who will not give up until he finds every little problem". James now works at Mr. Fix It, so I called there and Jolie got my truck scheduled in immediately. She even offered to take me to work while James was diagnosing my truck. Later I did take them up on that offer and her husband drove me work and picked me up later. Saved me money on an Uber.

It didn't take long for James to figure out most of my truck's issues. It was not going to be easy to fix, but we knew we had to clear out those codes and reassess. I got my truck back the next day and it started up right away, drove smoothly and without a check engine light glaring in my view for the first time in four years! We knew there was still one hiccup that James couldn't recreate and he let me know that when I see the "wrench" sign light up, to not shut off the truck and drive it to the shop so he can read the code before it disappeared. For some reason, if I shut off the truck, it clears this particular code. When the wrench lit up, I took it directly to Mr. Fix It and they were able to finish figuring out the last issue the truck was having.

Not only do they go above and beyond on service, (truck and customer alike), but they blow their competition out of the water with their computer system and their commitment to excellent customer service; throughout the entire process they call with updates and even text links that I can click on to read all of the mechanics notes, what tests he's performing and even how he's performing the tests. If that wasn't above and beyond, this next bit is.. they sent pictures and videos too! They leave absolutely no doubt that they are doing everything they can do fix what I've approved them to fix. That's another thing, before they do the work, they make sure you understand what it is, why they need to do it, if it's something that can wait or needs done right away, and I approve the work and dollar amount before they do it. So, no hidden costs, no costly surprises when I to pick up my truck. As a customer, they give me total control over what they're doing before they do it. And the record keeping is amazing! (I'm OCD about my vehicle repair file keeping, and the details on the repairs just tickles my little OCD heart!)

I'm astounded that they have done what even the dealerships could not do for the past four year! James figured it out in less than a day!

You'll never want to take your vehicle anywhere else once you give Mr. Fix It a chance.
