Comment : They gave a detailed explanation and answered all of my many questions.
The ladies up front were very helpful & kind and very knowledgeable!
They even gave me a ride home and then picked me up when my van was ready.
They have a great warranty program too.

Comment : In the past, they’ve done pretty good work for me. But yesterday failed my truck because of some very menial things (cracked mirror etc). So I went to get them fixed and had to another shop look at it and they said that it wasn’t stuff that they should’ve failed me for.

Would consider going back, but maybe not for a little while.

Comment : I visited Mr. Fix It because I was having problems with my AC. My appointment was at 9am and the only work I requested them to do was an AC performance check. This took them 6hrs to complete and I did not receive a call until 3pm. They gave me a pricey $1800 dollar estimate for the AC and I found out that was part of a $4000 estimate that they performed on my entire car. Well... fast forward a week and I took my car to another mechanic for a better estimate and he asked me if I had any problems with my car. I asked him "why?" and he informed me that the intake was never reconnected. I do not recommend Mr. Fix It. It's more like Mr. Waste Your Time and Steal Your Money.

Comment : Friendly service, quick resolution to proplem. Same day service. Affordable priceing.. They took me home and picked me up and brought me back when my car was ready. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again
