Comment : Had to have our vehicle towed bt AAA to Mr Auto. The very next morning they contacted us with the issue & estimate. We told them to fix it. Within hours it was fixed! As a plus, we got the AAA discount on parts.

Comment : We started coming here after using other local auto repair shops. Mr Auto is quick to get repairs done and I like the fact they give accurate estimates so we have no unexpected surprise bill when the job is done. We even paid them in advance on this particular job. We dropped our car off for a 4:00 appt the day before and the job was done before noon. I like the lock box key pick up option as well so we could get our car after hours.
