Comment : We were in town for a funeral this week. When we pulled into town on Monday evening, there was something majorly wrong with our car. We called the service department first thing Tuesday morning at 8am. The staff was very friendly. I explained the situation. They were very accommodating and asked if I could leave my car there for the day and they would work it in. I let them know that would work out great. We dropped the car off, and again the staff was very kind. Shane who I talked with also worked on the car let me know he would call as soon as he knew what the issue was. He called and let me know what needed to be fixed and that they would need to overnight the part in. I let him know that would be fine. He called back prior to the end of the day and let me know they were able to get the parts and the car was done. We went to pick up the car on Wednesday morning, they had all the paperwork ready to go, so a few quick signatures and we were on our way back to Illinois.
Thank you to Shane and all the staff there that treated us so kindly and worked quickly to help us get back home.

Comment : They are really nice people, but they screwed me over more than once. First truck i got from them messed up and the extended warranty didnt cover it so they traded me in. Left me a 5 000 roll over on the truck i didnt want to trade in the first place and when I went to get the title for the second truck. They gave me the old title and I had to drive all the way back up there. Not to mention the 2 closed car accounts so close together, dropped my credit scor like 100 points, now the second truck is messing up. A $53k truck! Won't be shopping here again.

Comment : Excellent service. Uncommonly honest people. The mechanic returned to tell me they didn't need to install the new type bolts to perform the front-end alignment on my Avalon. During the repair, he discovered they had already been installed. Earlier this year, they replaced the water pump on my Ram 3500. Mountain View Chevrolet prices are reasonable, too.

Comment : Worst experience with a Service Center! Took my car in for a problem and they said it would be about 1.5hours and they would call me, but 4hours later no call because they called the previous owner telling them everything that was wrong! I gave them my name & cell # when I made the appt & before I left my vehicle with them. And when I picked up my vehicle my receipt has the pervious owners name, address, phone #, & email on it after telling them they have the wrong info! So beware it you buy a vehicle here they will freely give out your personal info & if you buy a vehicle from someone who bought one from here they will call the pervious owners instead of the current owner.

Comment : Purchased 3 vehicles from Mountain View Chevy over the last few years and this is where I will always trade. The staff are great and helpful and not a high pressure experience. You guys are greatly appreciated.
