Comment : I can't say enough good things about Mt. Orab Towing. I got my pick up stuck while plowing the road. The truck slid off the road and down a small embankment. Johnathan arrived assessed the situation and could not use his two wheel drive wrecker to move the vehicle.He explained he had a brand new four wheel drive Dodge wrecker that suffered an electrical fire caused by a factory default. Johnathan went back to the shop and rewired the four wheel drive wrecker. He returned a few hours later and extracted my truck.They truly go above and beyond.I can't say enough good things about Mt. Comment : Responding to the owners Response since clearly not all information is known. The car wasn't in a "crash" it was a possible vandalism. The car hadn't been touched since the day prior to the tires being messed with, it was parked at our residence genius .The damages to the vehicle was most definitely YOUR employees fault. I am working with my neighbor to get camera footage. Your employee took pictures BEFORE your employee drove the car. My neighbor was also sitting on her porch during the entire time he was having difficulty doing his job correctly. The calls are recorded are they not? His insurance coverage for MY accident damage ? You mean YOUR employees damage ? Maybe you should idk call state farm and get the correct information.
