Comment : There are few places and mechanics that I trust. For 20 years now we have trusted Motor Car Mall. When I have a vehicle issue that I can not complete on my own or don't have time for, I can trust them to be honest about repairs and stand behind the work they do.

Comment : well run front counter, phone inquiry courteous, informational and timely... clean waiting area. Work on vehicle was diagnosed correctly, and taken care of in a very timely manner. Requests to call Mom to pick up car were not overlooked (I was at work)

Comment : Starter went out due to a missing bold, I asked if they could tell me everything that's wrong with my 2002 Dodge Dakota while at it (willing to pay extra ofc) . It was done the next day, it started but the mechanic gave me ZERO leads as to what else may be wrong with it. After a REAL mechanic looked into it, he found a lot of fresh electrical tape around the EVAP and VACUUM hoses. Costed me about 150 for a new bolt.. never doing that again EVER! Take your vehicle elsewhere, they won't consider what you request or tell you what they did to your vehicle.

Comment : My 2013 4-Runner was having erratic start-up issues for a couple of weeks. Dash lights would come on but the motor wouldn’t even turn over .. not even a click. After a few tries it would start-up. I thought it was an electrical problem, or alternator, or ignition, etc., because the battery was only a year old. Finally, it wouldn’t start at all, so I had it hauled to Motor Car Mall. They diagnosed the problem, which turned out to BE the battery .. with a very corroded terminal. They cleaned the terminals, lubricated them and charged the battery. It’s been starting-up great on the coldest mornings. Motor Car Mall could have told me a variety of things were the problem .. but they didn’t .. I find this Company, mechanics and owner to be the most ‘honest’ and ‘professional’ people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They will always have our business!
