Comment : Mike B made the appointment and arranged a ride home for me. The work was done in the expected time and my car was cleaner than when it got there and is running great. And I had a coupon! I've never been disappointed in Mossy Nissan for sales or service. That's why my last 3 cars were bought from Mossy Nissan!

Comment : Had to have some warranty work done- I tried the dealership I bought my car from but was very disappointed because they wouldn't get a loaner car for us. so I called Mossy which is actually closer and our service advisor Evan Stiton not only got me a loaner car, but was able to get us in the same week. he updated me daily on the progress and even made some service recommendations. we are very pleased with the level of care and service we received.......
