Still 4 months later I m supposedly on a waiting list for a loaner!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!! They sell you something and don t stand by it!!!! Kerri in service is a complete NIGHTMARE. These guys went above an beyond to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted! Most definitely the best dealer experience I've had! The finance manager Tim was more then honest and made sure that the paperwork and bottom lines were easy and less painful. The people at the front desks aren't pleasant. Cosmetically, my vehicle is an 8/10. Mechanically, 4/10. If I had known better, I would have gone to a different establishment. I thought taking my GMC to a GMC dealer would have been the best choice. However, hard to say that when the sales team member (Willy) once he sold the vehicle not once did I hear back from him. Let me take the vehicle on E and dirty. Looked as if they had rinsed it off. After being promised it would detailed. IT WAS NOT.Mind you let me take the car on E with zero gas in it. Promised me a $40 reimbursement because I had to go get gas. Never saw a dime from that empty promise. The GM put like $10 in it at another visit after I had to say something.The vehicle was sold after being inspected and yet had a huge gash in one of the tires.When I went to dealership the very next morning to show them the GM said they would order one (I know they already knew they just thought I would not notice).When speaking about the tire, I also asked about the few little front end damages which Willy promised to me would be fixed as that was part of me purchasing the vehicle. Kirk (maybe Kurt) said ok yes no problem at which point I asked if I purchased a new grill (front chrome) if they could install it while it was already at their collision center. He said and I quote oh wait you re gonna buy it and we just install it? Yes sounds great! . He said that in front of Kerri the manager at service (who is awesome btw don t let the rest of the staff take away from her because she is great!).The grill was not broken when I test drove but was when I came to pick up which is why I asked in the first place. That or the vehicle was so dirty (like bad) when I test drove that I did not see.When it came time to do the repairs. I dropped the vehicle off. Only to get a text that the grill was replaced, the door (drivers side which was damaged during the tire replacement) as touched up and fixed but the bumper repairs were not made because the GM KIRK would not authorize them.Once I was able to receive a call back he basically called me a liar while lying himself stating that he never said this or that. Well good sir why would my vehicle be going to collision already (mind you this is before they messed up the door) and I ask about the grill if you had not already agreed to said repairs? He was rude, ignorant and very dismissive of everything I had to say.All in all while I love my car I would NOT recommend buying from Mossy. If you do bring a lawyer because clearly you who need one for them to follow thru with terms of sale. And definitely stay away from Willy. Because once you sign that paperwork he is no where to be found.Oh I should state that I left my SunPass in my trade in and called Willy that day and everyday following to get it for me just to be told that it had been thrown away after he said he grabbed it ten times. Just a whole nightmare. Stay far away. There are many dealerships. Just choose another do yourself a favor!Initially I did have a 5 star review.
