Comment : I came in for a simple oil change, but what I got was a whole experience and I mean that in the best way.
At Morton's Tire & Automotive, I wasn?t rushed in and out like those quick lube spots or Valvoline where you feel like just another number. Instead, they took their time and that made all the difference.
Yes, the oil change took about 30 minutes instead of 5? but honestly? That?s exactly why I?ll be coming back.
They didn?t just change my oil they looked over my car, explained everything clearly, and broke down what was in good shape and what might need attention later. No pressure, no gimmicks just real, honest information. That kind of transparency is rare these days.
And the best part? My car is running noticeably smoother. You can feel when people actually care about the work they do and they definitely do here.
The pricing was more than fair, especially for the level of service and attention I received. I left feeling valued, informed, and confident about my vehicle.
This is officially my go-to shop. My car will be coming here for the rest of its life?no question.

Comment : I stumbled upon Mortons because of a coupon for an oil change. I made an appointment and had a confirmation text as soon as I hung up. I received regular reminders of my appointment including to arrive a bit early for completion of paperwork. I arrived, and the car was immediately taken into the garage. Within 10 minutes I received an inspection report with photos. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

The two staff members I dealt with were friendly and courteous.

My husband was pleased with the work and overjoyed with the price .

There is an upcharge for using a credit card, but not on debit cards. I was informed of this prior to any work being done.

I've recommended Morton's to several family meetings. We will be back!
