Comment : I do not recommend this business. I called for a quote about changing a water pump and the guy said he would need to look at what this particular kind of vehicle entails. He took my license plate number so he could find out what the vehicle is via VIN number and said he'd call me back. He never called back. Very unprofessional.

After my car was totaled, he worked with me through the challenges of dealing with my insurance company and waiting for the bank???s check. His assistance made the entire process much easier. Comment : I had broken down on my way home during a 2500 mile road trip to look a college campuses with my daughter. Searched the AAA listings in the area and found Moore's Auto to have a good rating, so I took the chance and had my car towed there. Spent the night nearby, since the shop was closed at night (Thursday). Was pleased that it looked like a nice, clean place the next day, and I was greeted cordially but told that they probably wouldn't be able to look at the car right away, but I did get a call on Tuesday, saying that they found the trouble and could get it fixed by the end of the day. Since I live more than an hour away, I picked up my car on Wednesday. Turned out that the top of one of the spark plugs was falling apart and the other spark plugs needed replacing also. (They were the original plugs.) Cleaned the combustion chambers of deposits, as well as cleaning the fuel system, throttle valves, and air induction system. Was very pleased with their service, which certainly seemed reasonable and fully explained. Would not hesitate to use them again, if I ever break down again in the area!
