Comment : I had broken down on my way home during a 2500 mile road trip to look a college campuses with my daughter. Searched the AAA listings in the area and found Moore's Auto to have a good rating, so I took the chance and had my car towed there. Spent the night nearby, since the shop was closed at night (Thursday). Was pleased that it looked like a nice, clean place the next day, and I was greeted cordially but told that they probably wouldn't be able to look at the car right away, but I did get a call on Tuesday, saying that they found the trouble and could get it fixed by the end of the day. Since I live more than an hour away, I picked up my car on Wednesday. Turned out that the top of one of the spark plugs was falling apart and the other spark plugs needed replacing also. (They were the original plugs.) Cleaned the combustion chambers of deposits, as well as cleaning the fuel system, throttle valves, and air induction system. Was very pleased with their service, which certainly seemed reasonable and fully explained. Would not hesitate to use them again, if I ever break down again in the area!

Comment : They are the best service around. I refer a lot of people to them because they are organized, always on time and quote with no hidden charges. My vehicle feels like new once they are finished working on it. The two service contacts, Tim and Chris could not be nicer or more knowledgeable. They take time with everyone despite how busy they are. And they're busy because they know what they're doing! Customer for life!
