However, I was shocked to hear that they charge for estimates. I thought this was a new thing and I understand that you get nothing for nothing, at least that the way I was raised, until I found out that there are many bigger and smaller AUTO BODY SHOPS that don't charge. My wife and I decided to go to another AUTO BODY SHOP.
