Comment : My husband got in an accident the week before Christmas. Moodys couldn’t get him in until 4-8-26, which was totally fine. We were supposed to pick it up 4-30-26 and it hasn’t even been started. It’s been sitting for 2 weeks that we could have been driving it. WHY???

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Hit a deer with my Explorer. Shop recommended by USAA. Was contacted quickly...estimated approximately 6-7 weeks to get in the shop. Got it in early and got a text or phone call almost daily with updates. Less than 4 weeks and she is as good as new. Beautiful job.

Comment : They like to estimate low, and then add supplemental charges. Their mechanics are not competent to do a thorough inspection the first time around or they wanna milk the insurance? They are not licensed adjusters. As you can see they just spit out numbers to get the work then try to add on.

Comment : Brought my brand new truck here per Quirk to get it repaired had an an appointment date for Monday November 17th and I called to check on it today the 19th as I was told it would only take three or four days. Truck hasn’t been touched and Moodys said now they can’t work on it till after the 1st of December and didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know. There reviews definitely show how they conduct business. Very frustrating as this is my work vehicle.
