Comment : Brought my brand new truck here per Quirk to get it repaired had an an appointment date for Monday November 17th and I called to check on it today the 19th as I was told it would only take three or four days. Truck hasn’t been touched and Moodys said now they can’t work on it till after the 1st of December and didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know. There reviews definitely show how they conduct business. Very frustrating as this is my work vehicle.

Comment : They have terrible customer service been waiting 4 or 5 months they gave me a date it’s been 2 months over the date. Won’t be using them after this time. They haven’t contacted me but once had to call my insurance company to get that call. Haven’t kept me informed at all. But when they were finished it looked great. Great work bad customer service.

Comment : It was an amazing service. The people felt like home kept me very much informed. I would definitely recommend anybody to use Moody's great place. I had $300 cash in my car and when I got my car back I still had $300 cash. That's pretty amazing. The bathroom's very clean. The whole place feels like a home, not a business.
