Comment : Sent my car there for what I was told was going to be a three week job. After they started tearing the car apart they found further damage which prolonged the time they had my car in possession. Completely understand, can happen with these types of things. Insurance has also played a role in the length of time my car was held in possession. Moodys did cover a rental for me for the last 3 weeks they had my car. After 3 1/2 months I received my car. Since receiving my car I have found that the horn no longer works and there is some interior trim damage. I have not contacted about the damages as I cannot go without my car once again. Things happen and I can be understandable to a point, just wanted to throw the caution out there to future customers. The employees were respectful and polite, but I truly do believe more could’ve been done. As a body shop, I would hope there wouldn’t be new damage after 4 months.
