Not only was I wasting my insurance rental, but they couldn't give me an ETA for when they would start working on my truck. If the company at this location was not ready to work on my truck, they could have least postpone and delay my appointment until they are ready to work on my truck. It was estimated to be 30 hours of labour to be done on the truck, but because they were not doing what they were supposed to be doing within a day or two of dropping my truck off, I ended up leaving with my truck two weeks later.Then I had to go and drive off to what I needed to do, and then once I came back, I re-booked an appointment at another location. And once the other collision center starts breaking down the back end of the truck, they have found more damage, so now there are more delays. By the end of next week, I will not have a vehicle to drive around to go to work or do anything else because Moodys wasted two weeks sitting around, not working on my truck. If they actually bothered to do the scheduled time as they posed to be doing, they would have discovered more damage and would have taken longer to repair, but at least it would have been within the insurance rental to deal with the inconvenience. If you're scheduled an appointment to drop it off like on the 25th of April you truck should be worked on within a day or two of a delay, not two weeks later, with I don't know when we're going to start.Scheduling and Time management at this location not good enough and will waste your insurance rental.
