Comment : I don’t usually write a review for a car purchase experience because usually it’s not that much fun.
I worked with Connor on a 2025 Atlas and it was the smoothest auto transaction I’ve ever had. He was professional and went through all the car features and when I came back in a few days later with my trade, all the paperwork was ready to go.

Comment : Excellent experience. I wanted to return my EV lease early and get a new car before the federal credit expired and Connor worked with me to make that happen. Delivery was quick. They asked for all the needed paperwork ahead of time, so I spent less time than normal doing the delivery and they took care of the lease return and all the EV credits directly so I didn’t have to do anything.

Comment : Connor and Stephanie were so awesome to work with. We bought an Atlas from them a few weeks ago and the service was impeccable.

Stephanie went above and beyond!! We had our 4 year old daughter with us and she gave her snacks, things to color with and sent her the absolute sweetest surprise package ever. Stephanie sent us a handwritten note and a doll with our daughters name on it to ride around with her in our new car. We will never forget that!! We will come see Stephanie again in a few years when we want to upgrade!!

Comment : I brought a 2008 VW Rabbit here to be serviced 6 years ago. It had lost a significant amount of coolant with a puddle under the car so I thought there was a leak. I brought the car in and the mechanic said I needed a new radiator. I was told the fix would cost $900 with tax. I said I’d leave the car, but the service rep (and mechanic who was standing behind him) said the car was ok to drive and to schedule the service in two weeks time. I was charged for a pressure test.

The experience raised a few red flags, so I drove the car to another mechanic, who pressure tested the car and said there was no leak AND the radiator was fine. (This second mechanic didn’t charge me for the pressure test and became my go to mechanic for the next 6 years until I finally sold the car). I never had any issues with the coolant during that time.

The mechanic who looked at my car, and the service rep at the desk (I think his name was Dave) were both con artists. I never went back.

I don’t care if this is a new location, new owner, whatever, you bought it (and its reputation). Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
