Comment : While driving from Burlington, Vermont to Rockland, Maine we hit a pothole as we left Montpelier and had a rapid drop on tire pressure. I remembered we had just passed Montpelier VW and turned around and limped back, arriving with 8 psi remaining.Ray Chaloux in service told us, No problem, we can help you right now. In the course of our conversation I mentioned we were headed to my Father s 98 birthday.Within 20 minutes Ray told us the sidewall was slashed by the impact and we needed a new tire. None were available locally, but he could get one within 2 days. He then said he didn t want us to miss the celebration and put us in a loaner! We were flabbergasted, we had never been here before! We continued to Maine, had a great visit and returned 5 days later to a new tire and ready to go. This was way above and beyond and we were extremely grateful. This is service as it should be, we would give this service department 10 stars! Comment : Our VW Tiguan unexpectedley broke down on a busy Friday afternoon on I-89. With the tow truck on the way I called Montpelier Volkswagen right before closing and got Ray. Stranded roadside, stressed but 60 seconds on the phone with him calmed my nerves as he said dont worry we will take care of you, as they always do. We knew we would be without a car for a week or so. This service team strives to go above and beyond every time in fact this time finding us a loaner the following monday afternoon saving us thousands on a rental that we almost signed for at enterprise that mondayWe cannot believe how lucky we are to drive a VW and have a solid dealership like these guys who have never let us down.Our experience here every time leaves us with no other choice down the road to continue to buy VW not only for the quality of VW but for the team that stands behind these cars at Montpelier VW.Our VW Tiguan unexpectedley broke down on a busy Friday afternoon on I-89. Comment : We had a very good experience this week at Montpelier VW. Came in with a 2018 VW Tiguan to trade and came home the same day with a new 2024 Tiguan. The experience was about as hassle free as it can be for buying a car. Good team, recommended.
