Comment : Google needs to add a 0 star option - absolutely horrible. Deliberately went to find faults with the vehicle and quoted a price more than double what it would cost to get fixed elsewhere. Fought tooth and nail that the less than 1 year old car was not covered by warranty. Genuinely astonished at how terrible my experience was.

Comment : Find real service elsewhere

In 2024, we bought a 2022 VW Taos with about 20,000 miles that had previously been leased and serviced by this dealer, at the older location. A couple of months later, the coolant warning light came on and the coolant level had dropped noticeably — something normal temperature changes couldn’t explain.

When I called the service department, the supervisor said they had never heard of such problems with the Taos and told us to bring the car in. However, even a quick online search showed that many 2022 Taos models had coolant leaks caused by incorrect head gasket installation, and a parts representative at another VW dealer confirmed they had repaired several vehicles for this exact issue.

We decided to take the car to another VW dealer instead, and they completed the head gasket repair under warranty. It’s been over nine months since the repair, and the car has had no further coolant loss.

I have no idea why this dealer didn’t address this before selling the car (or at least acknowledge the issue when we called), but it left me with little confidence in their service practices.

I now have the vehicle serviced elsewhere and confident about the work done on the car. And, I learned to do much better homework before buying my next car to avoid
dealing with similar problems in the future.

Comment : I know I see positive reviews but, "positive" was not my experience :( I came here for a warrenty heater core replacement. When I went to pickup my car shortly after close- they had left my car without coolant. I had a 2 hr+drive to make back home alone --they're the closest dealership from where I live :/ as a young woman this situation was scary --luckily their was an auto store near by, to buy coolant. On the way home my check engine light came on. I called the next day and they said the check engine light was covered under warranty. So i had to make a 2nd 4hr round trip. Only to get there and have around a $500 bill waiting. Like seriously.

Anyways, psa to anybody that cares about their daughters well being and not being taken advantage of by bad car dealerships -- don't come here 😟 I don't know about the salesmen but, the mechanics really don't know what they're doing😟

Comment : Love the new dealership. Rick Campbell was honest and kept me informed including when they were down to there last ID 4 Pro EV which I'm now driving. The leasing process was easy and straightforward. I love driving the 2025 ID 4 Pro. It even came with all the accessories I wanted. In my past lease (not at VW) I had to purchase these all separately.
