Comment : Very good place to deal with. Every step of the way they kept me informed as to what they were doing, costs. I had direct access to the mechanic that was working on my truck and I came in and saw what they were doing to repair my issues with my vehicle and talk to the mechanic in person.

Comment : I took my Lincoln to Innovative Auto Solutions after noticing a front-end bushing had gone out. They gave me an honest and thorough assessment of the issue. Turns out, I had that same control arm and bushing replaced back in January by another shop who charged me nearly double what Innovative quoted for the repair.Instead of just taking my money, they let me know that the previous repair should still be under warranty and suggested I check with the original shop. I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity. Despite their busy schedule, they took the time to diagnose the problem without pushing unnecessary repairs.From now on, Innovative Auto Solutions will be my go-to for any vehicle issues. They re not only more affordable than the other shop, but they re also straightforward and no-nonsense.
