Comment : After being something of a loyalist, I have decided that I am not going back. Been struggling with the work that has been completed, issues post service, problems not fixed. They always perform a "review" of your vehicle to tell you what is needed now, soon, etc. Which is fine, but his seems to be their biggest concern is to get you a list. The last few times I have been in the shop, the issues haven't been fixed, which is the most important thing to me. I've even had where I have been in the shop for service, and a month later been back to fix something that wasn't right, and gotten completely different "vehicle reviews". How is that possible??

Comment : Professional and courteous. Only shop in the area that did not hold my state inspection hostage to try to sell me shit. They provided a detailed list of recommendations with photos, but didn’t try to pressure a sale. Highly recommend!
