Comment : Booked an appointment online for my scheduled maintenence dash light and to get a diagnostic check on the engine. I called to confirm the details of what I needed and to ask about pricing. He said the maintenence would likely be for an oil change. I asked how much everything would come out to and he estimated $120. The after-hours drop-off process was smooth and simple. They began working on my car the next morning at the scheduled time. I received picture updates of anything that was wrong or that they worked on. Communication during this part of the process was great and they were very clear with everything my car needed and what was being done. I get a call giving me a summary of everything and a cost estimate for future needed repairs. I come in later that day to pick up the car, and am told the total was $285. The price wasn't what upset me, it was the fact that I wasn't given an accurate estimate so I could prepare before arriving. I asked why the price was so different than what I was told on the phone and he said the $120 was just for the oil change. That wasn't specified to me over the phone and we got into a back and forth about it. He was very condescending and snotty. I was going to pay the full amount, but he offered to lower the price $80 for the misunderstanding. I said thank you and that was the end of it. Overall, the service was great and I love the communication and clarity. My issue was in the interaction I had while picking up the car. There was no need for the condescending attitude. I don't appreciate being talked to like I'm stupid. However, I do appreciate the price adjustment and the apology for the misunderstanding. Service was fine, but I likely won't return

Comment : We were coming from Boston to buy a highlander and scheduled a pre purchase inspection with Jimmy. He was awesome to work with. Once we told the toyota dealership we had a PPI scheduled with Mohrs they called back an hour later to say the highlander had a busted AC line.

We picked Mohrs for the PPI because of their reputation. It is clearly accurate because of how quickly Toyota disclosed the issue after hearing their name. I spoke to the Toyota dealership for 2 days before the PPI was scheduled. Never once mentioned the AC line.

Comment : We’ve brought both our cars to Mohr’s for their excellent service since we moved here in 2019. The staff are excellent, honest and communicate wonderfully throughout the process. We greatly appreciate everyone at Mohr’s!

Comment : I recently went in for a New York State inspection and a crazy request - to verify an animal hadn’t jumped up into the undercarriage of my truck. They didn’t charge me a cent over the NYSI price (and verified I was animal-free!) I’m a woman, and these guys have been nothing but nice to me for over 25 years.
