Comment : I wasn’t that impressed with them. I felt as though it was rude to ask when I could pick up the vehicle if they were going to tell me end of business the next day. I’m glad I wasn’t working that day as having it towed was a big production. Right after offering diagnosis there was an attempt to buy my car and I felt it was an attempt to get it to favor them by way of negging the condition and value essentially making the decision upfront to me that it wasn’t worth the value of fixing, I should sell it and I should sell it to someone they know. I know what the condition of my vehicle overall is and I only brought it there for the transmission diagnosis not the blue book value of the vehicle, nor to sell it. I marked my star neutral because I have no other experience with them. They came highly rated so I was expecting a better experience.

Comment : These guys are great!! I brought my Nissan to the dealership and they told me I needed a new transmission. I got a second opinion from Modern Transmission and they said no, they misdiagnosed the issue. The dealership would?ve charge me $6,000 and instead Modern charged me $600 and the car runs great. Thank you Modern Transmission Repair!!!

Comment : So far I have had a wonderful experience with John and Shay . Had my jeep in for transmission and oil pan and brakes n rotors. They are very fair priced and do great work and in a timely fashion. Good hard working honest family owned business . Highly recommend .thank you once again Shay and John??

Comment : John and Shea are the most honest people I have ever dealt with in any type of business. John has called every time to explain what needed done and a cost estimate. The estimate has always been very close to the final price. When there were any issues he made the appropriate repairs. I believe in some cases the issues were irrelevant to the original repairs. Great people to deal with.
