What should have been a quick job turned into an hour and a half of the driver trying different things to just pull the van out. He ended up bending the inner tire rod and damaged the Pittman arm. Now a quick job turned into over $1100 in repairs. I had asked Justin (employee at Mobile Repair Towing) if I needed to ride with him or if he could just drop off the car to the collision repair company and have them call me. He said he could no problem.Only when I called the collision place did they inform me Mobile Repair Towing told them I was not a AAA customer and demanded $350 for the tow. Collision place paid them and now I have had to open a claim with AAA to get reimbursed for the $350 I now owe the collision company.
