Comment : Excellent Tow & Excellent Service Experience:
I broke down on I-64 this past holiday weekend and called Mobile Repairs Towing because I knew why I broke down (bad alternator), and knew Mobile Repairs Service would be able to repair my 2011 RAV4 when they reopened for business on Tuesday, so I had my vehicle towed to their repair lot. Roscoe, my tow driver, was amazing; he called me en route, explained that the spot I was in was unsafe, and gave me a ride to the safe place he'd told me to meet my daughter so we'd both be safe from highway traffic during my rescue. I think that qualifies as above and beyond, to be so considerate and safety conscious for your clients! Thank you, Roscoe, for your superior customer service!

Comment : These people are absolute scammers. We waited over three hours for a tow that was supposed to come in 30 minutes. They then stated they were on location, in the same parking lot, one minute way, and then said they were on location, and were NOWHERE to be found. We canceled our triple A membership because there’s no way that they can use these people for emergency assistance in good conscience. Do not use these people unless you want to waste your whole day for a scam artist to never show.

Comment : I was stuck in a parking lot and my battery died after calling 10 mobile towing companies and finally I came across the wonderful people of mobile repairs service center and they exceeded my expectations! Comment : Great honest mechanics. I went their with several trouble codes on my truck recently. After doing some simple diagnoses, they discovered the truck was low on oil. I had not changed it as routinely as I should have. Instead of charging me hundreds to diagnose and give me the runaround. It was a simple issue they found rather quickly and a quick fix. Comment : Absolutely fantastic. We called via AAA and Justin came out to save the day. Our car wouldn't start (a previous AAA guy said it was probably the starter) but Justin got it running! He came for a tow but left us with a running car instead. FABULOUS!! Thank you so much!
