Comment : AAA sent another company, who with a flatbed said we needed a tow dolly, the tow dolly could not do it, and so AAA called us up and sent your company instead.

Your driver confessed after we gassed him up about how he must have more experience than the last guy that he'd only been doing this since February. Kudos on hiring such a gifted dude! 10/10 recommend these guys for tricky to tow vehicles!

Comment : this was the worst experience i've ever had with any tow service EVER!! the staff accused me of cussing out the driver (i never talked to the driver that worked for them) matter of fact i never got the service i requested, and the staff was EXTREMELY rude and threatened to call the cops on me. i would never recommend this business to anyone!!! not even my worst enemy. i will be reporting them to the BBB because i was absolutely baffled by the way the staff treated me.

Comment : Excellent Tow & Excellent Service Experience:
I broke down on I-64 this past holiday weekend and called Mobile Repairs Towing because I knew why I broke down (bad alternator), and knew Mobile Repairs Service would be able to repair my 2011 RAV4 when they reopened for business on Tuesday, so I had my vehicle towed to their repair lot. Roscoe, my tow driver, was amazing; he called me en route, explained that the spot I was in was unsafe, and gave me a ride to the safe place he'd told me to meet my daughter so we'd both be safe from highway traffic during my rescue. I think that qualifies as above and beyond, to be so considerate and safety conscious for your clients! Thank you, Roscoe, for your superior customer service!

Comment : These people are absolute scammers. We waited over three hours for a tow that was supposed to come in 30 minutes. They then stated they were on location, in the same parking lot, one minute way, and then said they were on location, and were NOWHERE to be found. We canceled our triple A membership because there’s no way that they can use these people for emergency assistance in good conscience. Do not use these people unless you want to waste your whole day for a scam artist to never show.
