Comment : After sales associate Ted Miller showed me a Hyundai Tucson today, I feel like I?m obligated to write a bad review. I understand that maybe he could have been drastically misinformed about Hyundai?s warranty, but he gave me a whole sales pitch based on complete lies to sell this used Tucson that was traded in. Ted said that I was in luck because the car had under 100,000 miles on it and if I bought the car it would qualify for the 100,000 mile / 10 year Hyundai warranty. Since I?ve been looking for a Hyundai and have recently educated myself on the Hyundai warranty, I mentioned that I wouldn?t qualify for the warranty and this is when he corrected me. He dove further into the lie. He said I would qualify if the car was purchased before it reached 100,000 miles and the Tuscon was 500 miles shy of that. I would receive a lifetime warranty with oil changes covered at no cost. There simply has never been anything remotely close to this that Hyundai offers and is a flat out lie. The Hyundai warranty states that the original owner receives a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty, and the second owner receives a five-year/ 60,000 mile warranty. The Tuscon would not qualify for any sort of warranty at all whatsoever and I?m bummed that Ted had to make up lies and try and deceive me to sell the car. After this brief interaction I can honestly say it was the worst experience I?ve had at a car dealership.

Comment : I’ve been looking for a new pickup for a while. Silly me, I’ve been looking all over and not in my own home town. My wife saw a beautiful blue pickup on their lot and asked if I had checked it out yet.
Long story, sorry.
But we had an incredible buying experience from Goss. The sales staff (Josh who we worked with) was amazing. Simple, and easy from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. The price was as good or better than what I could find anywhere else. I will continue to go to them with all our car business from now on.

Comment : I called a salesman (Ben) to see if they had any budget friendly vehicles that weren’t listed online. Ben stated that he believed they had a couple, and asked what I was looking for. Ben called me back promptly, and within the day, I purchased a vehicle from Goss.
To no fault of their own, the next day, the Check Engine Light came on. I called them and they had me bring the vehicle in immediately. Within 2 hours, an O2 sensor was replaced, without charging me a fee, and the vehicle has been working great ever since. A friend recommended Goss to me, and I’m so glad they did :) Can’t say enough nice things about the process, Ben, and Goss.

Comment : Poor customer service in the service department. No one to guide you in when you arrive. I was told a basic oil change would take an hour. After waiting an hour and half and the staff had began to leave the lights had been turned off at the service desk, I still had not been notified my car was done. I tried to find someone in the service department and ended up going to the sales office. They had to go find some one and finally came back and said the car was done they had just got busy and forgot. They didn't seem to have any problem finding someone to take my credit card though. My regular oil change place is super friendly and quick and cheaper. I came to Goss because we had just bought the vehicle there. Needless to say this weekend when my Mother in law bought a new car this weekend we went elsewhere.
