Comment : I would give a zero star if I could. I brought my truck in to have a new transmission put in. Only issue my truck had was the transmission. When I get my truck back the air conditioning isn't working my fan won't shut off and the temperature gage isn't working and now they want to charge me almost $1000.00 for repairs that broke when they was repairing my transmission. Will never go back there and I will get my vehicle fixed elsewhere and hire and attorney. They want me to pay for their mess up and some shady mechanic work. Nope not with them I won't.

Comment : Had starter replaced on 08' Sequoia. Original quote seemed high. I questioned the labor hours. Turned out that hours to perform job in their system was overstated by 2 hours compared to the manufacturer's estimate. They did adjust the price accordingly.
I paid for their services over the phone by credit card but was not informed that a 3% service fee would be assessed, nor that there is no fee for using a debit card.
