Comment : I recently purchased a vehicle from Mississippi Auto Direct, and I can honestly say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! My dad had recently purchased a vehicle there and highly recommended them. He told me they were honest, professional, and easy to work with, and he was absolutely right. They exceeded every expectation! They even gave him a $100 referral bonus for sending me their way, which was a great added touch and shows they truly value their customers.

After a terrible experience with my last car purchase, I was extremely nervous about buying another vehicle. Thankfully, Damon Knapp, the Finance Manager, completely changed my perspective. He was God sent! Everything was handled smoothly, and with the highest level of professionalism, and patients. He was reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. I felt confident every step of the way. Customer service like this is hard to find. Damon Knapp restored my faith in the car-buying process, and for that, I'm incredibly grateful. If I could give Mississippi Auto Direct 10 stars, I absolutely would. I'll definitely be recommending Damon Knapp and Mississippi Auto Direct to all of my family and friends. Thank you for making what I expected to be a stressful experience such an enjoyable one! I really like my car too!!

Comment : My experience was easy enough to call over the phone work the deal in one day and vehicle was delivered in less than 24 hours. Cade sold me the car extremely nice and professional. Sean the sales manager and Damon the finance manager were both incredibly helpful and very easy to talk to with no pressure. When I get ready to purchase a new vehicle in the years to come I will check their inventory first for sure. I’m one happy customer.

Comment : Duran Wilson was VERY!!!! unprofessional and rude. I reached out to him about purchasing a vehicle. He called back saying he spoke to another manager at the store who ran my info and basically just brushed me off without even trying to help with the incorrect and little information that he had. Didn’t set up an appointment or anything. He told me he was going to follow up but never did. I tried reaching out again to him directly and through the company but no response, no follow up or anything! I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. Very bad business!!! Poor representation of the company and a person!
