Comment : My daughter recommended the service department to me for my 2019 Ford F-150 with a 5.0 that has a drain plug (super uncommon in these trucks) they were able to do the oil change and change my drain plug with zero problems UNLIKE the actual Ford dealership itself. Brandy and Joe were phenomenal and amazing to work with. They kept me smiling, updated, and confident in my services being done and even had fresh coffee brewed. Needless to say I will never go anywhere else again and recommend them to anyone and everyone.
