Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Got stuck in a snow mound and wheel well got partially ripped off. AAA pulled me out a recommended seeing if Mirabelli could help secure it for my hour drive home. They were able to generously temporize it for my ride home quickly and securely! Much appreciated after a 26hr shift! Thank you!!

Comment : (I Needed my inhaler & they delayed my vehicle retrieval process)

I understand my vehicle was towed due to a parking violation. I accepted responsibility and had no issue paying the fees. That part is on me.

What is not acceptable is how I was treated when trying to retrieve my vehicle.

I called to ask simple, reasonable questions ? how much the total would be and how long the process would take, especially considering there was a storm. I was trying to plan accordingly and be considerate of the situation. Instead, the woman who answered the phone sounded annoyed from the beginning, spoke over me, and responded with hostility to basic questions.

During our first call, she hung up on me mid-conversation. I then had to call back multiple times ? it took about 25?30 minutes and roughly 15 calls before someone answered again.

I also explained that I urgently needed my inhaler from inside the vehicle. Rather than showing understanding, the response was dismissive and aggressive. When I calmly asked why she was being rude, she claimed I had an attitude ? which I did not. I remained calm throughout the interaction and have it recorded.

The unnecessary delay and unprofessional behavior resulted in me retrieving my vehicle much later than necessary. If I did not have access to a backup inhaler, this could have become a serious medical situation.

I understand towing companies deal with frustrated customers. That comes with the job. However, professionalism, communication, and basic respect should still apply ? especially when someone is asking reasonable questions about cost, timing, and access to medication.

Very disappointing experience. Customer service needs significant improvement.

Comment : Had really good experiences in the past but recently difficult times. Starting with an oil change they said I needed all brakes and tires changed. Had everything done Friday, then Tuesday my TPMS came on. I called because I suspected it was related to the recent tire change and they said that had nothing to do with the sensor. I don't think it was necessarily their fault but their demeanor felt rushed and condescending. My old mechanic (out of state) would've handled the situation much kinder and offered for me to bring it back to get things fixed. Just overall poor customer service so unfortunately still looking for a decent mechanic in the area
