Comment : Recently had my 1st experience with Minnicks Towing, my mom and I broke down out of town about 70miles away from home and we called Minnicks towing for assistance and had the pleasure of getting one of the best drivers TONY he was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, courteous and so reassuring to my mom taking care of her new vehicle being very gentle and explaining the process as he worked getting her vehicle on the roll back. Comment : I was driving on Route 7 when one of Minnicks tow trucks was weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating other drivers until they moved out of his way. I emailed the office about it, but was given no response. Assuming they don’t prioritize safety. Wouldn’t use these guys in the future.

Comment : I was passing through Winchester when my engine began overheating. I was hours away from any help in either direction but Minnicks was able to fit me in on a holiday week and prioritized my car since they knew I wasn't local. They literally saved my family holiday. I would absolutely recommend them!!

Comment : Very professional and friendly technician on a job right next to where I had a flat tire. He finished with his work and wanted to make sure that I was doing OK and if there’s anything he could do to help. I was just finishing up, but I appreciate his concern on wanting to help. We had a semi truck and trailer that derated to 5 mph and couldn’t make it to the shop. Thankfully, this amazing towing company came to the rescue! From the very beginning, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly fair with their pricing — no surprises, just honest and reasonable rates.
Their ETA was spot on, and they handled everything with such smooth precision that it felt like we were gliding on butter. The entire process was stress-free thanks to their expertise and positive attitude. If you ever need towing services, especially for heavy-duty vehicles, I highly recommend them. They truly go above and beyond!
