Comment : I have a big truck and trailer l called them to give them all the information about the size of the truck, and they sent a guy not having the right equipment to boost commercial trucks.I said this is not the right equipment because he should have a 10000amps booster, so he replied that he's been doing this for years now.In the end, he didn't start my truck but still asking for the money. l said, "Let's make it half half he said no.So l replied that l'm not paying because his equipment is not good for commercial trucks.After that, he stepped into my truck and took the keys, so l called them police. Comment : Spoke to a manager because the driver went into my vehicle not supposed to. When I brought it up to the manager and requested a refund he said to press charges against his driver. That s some leadership. Instead of taking ownership of his employee he d rather watch them burn. Comment : Tony saved the day for me when I had a flat on the side of the highway. He was the only service provider AAA called that picked up my case right away, after I d been waiting for hours. He was there within 30mins and fixed the tired quickly and professionally, looking out for my safety the whole time. Highly recommend!

Comment : My car was stuck in the mud. Somehow the insurance did not properly send over the call. Because of this issue my 81/2 month pregnant daughter were out the for over a hour and a half. When the dispatcher learned this the problem was rectified immediately and someone came out within minutes. Tony was sent to help us. He was great. Tried to tip him but he refused. Assessed everything before he pulled out the car. I will be following up with this company for my mechanical needs after this experience.
