Comment : Got towing through my insurance but was given the wrong address for the mechanic shop. They were able to pick me up along with my car and brought us to their shop. Diagnostics were done Monday and I was contacted in a timely manner regarding my car. Really appreciate it!

Comment : Steve came out last night to help us after hitting a deer. Very professional and personable. Helped with hotel recommendations and what repair shops were in the area. Would highly recommend them if you are in need of a tow.

Comment : Minnicks picked me up from being stranded at a Walmart. They were able to diagnose the problem day of and helped me get my parts ordered. When the car came back to me it had some problems and I was really nervous and worried, but they picked it back up for free and figured it out right away and took care of it. Anthony picked it up for me and gave me good information, Joy at the front was kind and helpful throughout the entire operation, and Chris the operations manager helped me know what was going on and assured me it was going to be ok. When I had questions and concerns and thought the car was in really bad shape they knew how to answer my questions and then did everything they could to make it right. They even delivered my car back to me!! They were a great team that I would recommend again!
