Comment : The tow truck driver that picked up my 2005 Jeep liberty today nobody was doing highly recommend him. He did a great job and knew what he was doing. Even call me when I got to the place that asked me where to put the key.

Comment : We had an exceptional service with Tony from Minnick's Towing and Recovery! Arrived to our friends residence to tow our Antique Ford home. We explained what happened (key locked in car). Tony went above and beyond to get us back on the road again. Even found a "slim-jim" to work on this old vehicle! Thank you Tony, AAA, and Minnick's Towing and Recovery !

Comment : Tony responded to our AAA request and was prompt and friendly, Tony was also helpful in referring us to a mechanic shop that was open instead of just taking the drop off at our house and having to call for a tow on Monday of figuring out local mechanics.

Comment : Tony from Minicks arrived to fix my flat. I normally do those myself, but I couldn't release the spare on my F150. Tony came by and did one heck of a job! Released the spare and changed the tire in no time. Polite, professional, and friendly. Choose Minicks!

Comment : On 04/24/25 I had the unfortunate experience of my truck breaking down. I broke down at Dulles International Airport. About 44 miles from where I live in Winchester, VA. I called AAA and they were unsuccessful in helping me. AAA said I would need to call an out of the area tow truck service and they would reimburse me the cost. My wife recommended Minnicks and when I called them. There first response was “ if it can fit on the tow truck, it can be towed”. When Tony AKA Superman showed up. It took him 10 minutes to get my truck on his flatbed and we were off back to Winchester. Thank you again!!! I would recommend them before anyone else.
AAA should hire contractors people that want to work and know how to do the job.

Comment : As a business owner, I understand the value of delivering exceptional service to clients. Minnicks Towing and Recovery exemplified this by going above and beyond. When my van broke down on the highway during a long trip from the East Coast, they promptly came to the rescue at 2 a.m. The van was not only towed but also diagnosed the very next day. Though the repairs required proprietary parts and could only be handled by a dealership, Minnicks swiftly arranged another tow to the nearest dealership on the same day. Their fast service, friendly staff, and expertise left a lasting impression—I wholeheartedly recommend them!
