Comment : So according to google I m calling mini of Valencia but when I called requesting parts department a middle eastern lady answered and couldn t comprehend my request. She finally figured it out and said they don t sell parts. So I m not sure who s taken over the location but it seems fraudulent. Comment : I was in the market for a pre-owned fully-loaded 2006 Acura MDX. Prior to visiting this Dealership, I saw many pre-owned at other dealerships, including a franchised dealership near SF. While the pictures displayed the vehicles nicely, upon driving to look at them, I was dissapointed. I even asked salespeople of the condition prior to going and they said that vehicle was great---liars!! Then I decided to expand my traveling range to include 500 mile radius and I came across a beautiful white fully loaded MDX from Mini of Valencia. I called and spoke with Spencer the salesperson and he took his time to actually test all the bells and whistles of the car, and even mentioned that the condition of vehicle as such that he would purchase it for a family member. He took time to test every feature. I spoke with him several times and he returned my calls, returned my emails. Excellent customer service and honesty describing vehicle. The 9 hours round trip we traveled from SF Bay Area was worth it. The great service does not stop here. Nikko the sales manager whom took the time to show us the vehicle/test drive also took me to the DMV to help resolve some issues I had with identity theft and coordinated with a representative of the DMV to help speed up the process for reinstating my driver's license. When we were done, they picked us up from DMV. I was approved financing from my credit union, but the finance manager was able to beat the interest rate. I wanted to go with my credit union but the rate and financing terms from dealership were much better :) Since purchasing the vehicle, the vehicle runs great. I am averaging about 16.5 miles per gallon between city and freeway driving. I even installed an ipod/auxilary adapter to stream music from Pandora from my phone or play my ipod music. The engine and transmission run great as if it were new. I am so gald that they placed a great vehicle on their lot and described it very well. Thank you very much.

Comment : The service was outstanding from the time I called to the when I picked up my car at the end of the day. A friendly greeting when I called to make the appointment and when I entered the door. A complete and thorough inspection of my car was done and two items were in need of repair. We were called and informed, approved the repairs and the car was ready to go at the end of the day, washed, cleaned and sanitized inside and ready to go before 5:00pm. Happy we have such a great Mini Service closeby.

Comment : Mini of Valencia always does an outstanding job. It's incredibly easy to make an appointment, and I never have to wait in any lines to talk to someone. As of late, Samantha has been helping me out and she is so amazing! Everyone is nice though which is great. I've been taking my Mini here for 3 years and it's always a good experience. If you have a Mini Cooper in the area I highly suggest taking it here because you will be taken care of.
