Comment : Terrible terrible experience. I was discriminated against!! Kristin Aaron Kevin the GM Jose I mean the entire team. From start to and it never finished. They just flat out gave me the run around! abandoned the entire deal. By saying the car failed the inspection. Yet Kristin specifically told me via text “ALL” their cars undergoes a 125 point inspection and are priced to sell. Yet they Aaron and Kevin told me it failed inspection and they won’t be selling it to me it’s going to wholesale. When I asked about getting my own inspection I was told flat out I’m not selling it to you it’s going to wholesale. What an unprofessional distasteful way to do business. They didn’t even try to sell me another car. Didn’t even reason with me regarding the inspection. So I summed it up to it being about the color of my skin or because I didn’t finance which they probably preferred me to do because they can make more money verses me just paying cash.

But guess what I could’ve had any car off that lot I just chose to stick to a budget. STOP judging a book by its cover! You wouldn’t like it to be done to your mother sister or daughter! I’m someone’s mother sister and daughter! What a pathetic cold place of business! God sees all!!! Losers!!!!

Comment : Kristin helped me look at a quick little mini S. She really knew her stuff! I was surprised at how busy the store was, yet she gave me her full attention. I didn’t buy the mini(sorry Kristin) but I just wanted to say if you’re looking for a professional young person to help you and make sure you’re treated fairly and with respect, look no where further than Kristin! Can’t recommend her and her service enough!

Comment : I had a great experience working with Kevon at MINI of the Woodlands. I saw a specific car online that I was interested in and set up an appointment to see it. Kevon sent me a video of the car so I could see it before I arrived. He was very helpful and didn’t push me to make a decision at all or try to sell me on any other cars. I also interacted with the manager and finance manager while I was there, and they were very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience, and I felt like I got a great deal on my car!

Comment : I have given 1 star only because there does not seem to be an option for zero stars. We purchased 2 MINIs here within 30 days and now they refuse to return a phone call. Think twice before buying a car here!!

Beware that the extended warranties and service contracts pushed by the finance dept can add 25% or more to the drive-out price!! Contracts state that they may be canceled within 30 days for a full refund, but you must do so through your dealer. I wonder if this is why they don't return calls?
