Comment : I bought a car at Mini of the Woodlands and found the sales and finance folks to be honest and straightforward. That’s hard to find.
I also have it serviced there regularly and the svc staff is amazing. These guys video their inspections and text it to you.

Comment : Took my Mini in for one issue, they figured out it wasn't what I thought it was. Found a secondary issue, which was sent via video inspection. Authorized the repairs and they did an outstanding job. Justin was great to work with and did above to make sure I was informed. Overall fantastic shop and people.

Comment : Their professional service manager got upset when I asked what the diagnosis fee was for when they couldn't tell me what's wrong with my car without running other tests, why am I paying you $250 for a 13 point inspection that I don't want, I want to know what's wrong with my vehicle, they can't tell me what's wrong without running a $500 test, after which I told them, I didn't want, they ran it anyway, stripped out all my spark plugs. And overfield , my car with oil , then kicked it out of the shop and made me driving off the lot , because I didn't have a tow truck there to get it instantly
When taken to another shop found out, they stripped out all of my spark plugs, be very careful with dealing with these people.And yes, I do.Have proof you wanna know.Just shoot me a message and I'll send you the the link to my video that's been posted on all platforms that'll be allowed

Comment : The buying process was very tedious. I bought a used Chrysler PAcifica. I drove from Dallas to Conroe to buy this. The car had issues the day after i bought it. They say they have a 125 point checklist for checking the car condition but its not good. The car's ev range is ony 25 (supposed to be 32). Getting some clicking sound because of AC actuator fault. They sold me a warranty with the promise that its for 4 years but unlimited miles but when i actually looked at the paperwork, its only for 48k miles. When i called to ask them about it, they said said sorry for misleading. I would avoid if possible. Be very vigilant when signing up for these add ons.

Comment : I had an excellent experience working with Nathan Smith at Mini of The Woodlands. From the beginning, he was professional, courteous, and never applied unnecessary pressure during the sales process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase of the Ford Transit 350 XLT.

After the sale, I noticed some concerns regarding the tires on the vehicle. When I brought the issue to Nathan's attention, he listened carefully, took the concern seriously, and went above and beyond to make it right. Thanks to his efforts, Mini replaced the tires with brand-new ones, which gave us additional confidence in our purchase and demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

It's easy to find someone who can sell a vehicle, but it's much more important to find someone who stands behind the customer after the sale. Nathan did exactly that. His professionalism, integrity, and willingness to help even after the paperwork was signed made a lasting impression.
