Comment : Wow the service was great. The salesmen and managers were excellent and very professional and honest. The process of buying my car was not bad at all. This was the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. All the vehicles are very nice, I would recommend this car lot because the have a wide range of vehicles to fit your desired style and affordability. Thumbs up for Minii of Woodlands ????

Comment : You know that Feeling when you have to go buy a new vehicle? immediately thinking, alright who am I going to have to deal with, how much am I going to have to negotiate, and how do I make sure I don?t get taken advantage of. I walked into this whole thing ready to be on my game the entire time.

Then I ended up working with Mini of The Woodlands and honestly, it threw me, because this whole experience was insanely different than I had envisioned.

I had a few calls with James and Aaron, the GM, before even going in, and something just felt different. Still, I kept my guard up. By the time I showed up in person, everything was just easy. No pressure, no games, no random add ons.

What really got me was I paid exactly what Aaron sent me on the out the door breakdown. No surprises. No hey we forgot this fee. Just straight up honest business.

And instead of going back and forth like I expected, I am sitting there talking with James and Aaron, getting my boots shined on this wild automated boot shiner, just thinking this is not how this usually goes.

We did not finance through them since I already came in with a strong rate, but even that part was handled professionally. The only thing that took longer than expected was their finance team putting together lender options, which took about 1.5 hours, but honestly that was it.

James is a great dude, Aaron runs a solid operation, and the whole experience was just smooth.

If you are thinking about buying a vehicle and do not wewant the typical dealership experience, I would absolutely recommend making the trip.

Comment : My car got a flat tire on Sunday night, and I had it towed to MINI of The Woodlands. Paloma did an excellent job responding to my service request the next morning and kept me updated throughout the tire ordering process. She was able to have it ordered and replaced the same day, allowing me to drive back to Dallas for work the next day. MINI of The Woodlands provided exceptional service, and I truly appreciate the support I received from Paloma.

Comment : Great experience with this dealership. The lady who helped me on Saturday was amazing and professional. This is probably the friendliest MINI dealership I have ever been to. Also would like to add that not one but two employees tried to offer my dog water, which is super sweet and I've never experienced that in any dealership. As a dog owner, I really appreciate it.

Comment : I traveled 250 miles one way to return to this dealership for the service on my Countryman. It is comforting when they actually remember your name when they see you. The service was very good, and thorough. Plus the software upgrade was excellent and unexpected. I chose all but one of the options they presented me for service. Very pleased with the results. Here's wishing for a long life to the car. And here's a photo of my newest Mini that came from the Woodlands.
