Comment : I would like to thank Milstead Service Center their service staff and technicians. My wife and I are full time campers and its hard for us to empty the coach to have service of any kind done. I called Sean to schedule a diagnostics on a squeaking I had in my engine compartment for which I was positive it was my fan clutch going out. Sean said my Tech could look at it the next day. We delivered the coach at 8 am and David the Tech went to work on it and by 2 pm he had fixed the squeaking noise I had heard. Not the clutch fan or belt nor pully system. But it was a clogged and sooted egr valve. Who would have thought.
Thanks to you and your team for a wonderful job done. We will be coming back

Comment : Very poor service in my experience. They gave me a diagnosis of the problem and a price quote, saying it would solve the issue, which it didn't. The problem persists, and they just told us it's like when you go to the doctor; they start with one thing until they find the problem. But that's not what they told us at the beginning, because if that were the case, I would have looked for other options before paying them to experiment on my truck.

Comment : Milstead services proved to be an exceptional find for ALL of my auto and RV needs. From the front office to the backend technicians?.they proved themselves throughout all of my needs!!! Furthermore, they exceeded my personal expectations of a repair and maintenance station. I am going to use them if and when I need them in the future. Loyalty is built on a solid foundation and they have certainly earned my loyalty. Personally, thank you Maggie for your assistance and customer service!!

Comment : I came to Milstead with my guard up, and frustrated after some very poor experiences with another dealership/mechanic. I think I even cried in their lobby because I was so stressed my first visit. They?ve been so patient with me, while having to pick up the pieces of poor or unfinished ?repairs? from others. I?m so grateful for the Milstead team.
