Comment : This is my 3rd time using Milstead Auto! I came in for an oil change. They took me right in. Didn't have to wait too long and the price was very reasonable. I don't like or appreciate auto places taking advantage of people. Milstead Auto is not like that! The tell it like it is, charge a fair rate and get the job done. Well done!!

Comment : Their drivers do not know how to properly secure a motorcycle and will cause damage to your vehicle. Management will provide you with a YouTube rather than proper training documentation explaining how to strap a motorcycle. On top of that when they stored my vehicle they left the key in the park position and drained the battery. I was towed on a running bike and towed for lack of insurance only to pay 540 dollars and get a non running bike that needs repairs in return. Do not trust or do business with.

Comment : Brought my truck in for leaking coolant recieved a call after the first day telling me they didnt see a leak at all & asked me what the dealership said was wrong with it when I brought it there. That coming monday then they "see" the part is broken. After a $1800 fix i drive it to the Sam Houston Toll Way the day after picking it up. Didnt even make it 40 miles the truck begins to overheat, I spend the next 3 hours pulling over quite literally over 5 times & bought $60 worth of coolant just to bring it all the way back for them to say its actually the Turbocharger coolant line. For the easy price of $4200 they wouldve happily helped. Its quite literally the dumbest thing when you pay them to run a test on top of that & less than 40 miles in theres still a leak. Completely full of it be ready to tell them whats wrong so they can replace it without finding real issues. When asking for a photo of the part that was broken, this is all I received. Terrible way of doing business highly recommend setting your car on fire before bringing it here.

Comment : Just needed an oil change, and, as per usual, they had my vehicle done within 30 minutes or less! Folks at Milstead are so great it feels like I'm visiting family
