Comment : I was on my way to go fishing at the coast and noticed my jeep was doing jeep things. These guys took care of me and had me back on the road. I eneded up catching the biggest fish of my life because of the good luck that i got from the awesome customer service and professional repair!!

Comment : For context: I don't trust repair sbops in general. I live in Arizona and had a mishap on I10 (tractor trailer tread seperated amd came through my radiator) on my way back from a vacation in Orlando and wasn't equipped to handle it on the road.

My car was towed here by AAA. it was the nearest shop, no more no less.

Frankly, there was miscommunication with the shop owner regarding the scope of work (I was looking to do the bare minimum to get back on the road).

The reason this is 5 stars is the level of integrity and common sense shown when there was a conflict. No excuses, just working to find a solution.

4 months later, back in AZ and took this car on a West coast trip in ?ddition to my 80 mile daily round trip commute with no further issues.

I hope you don't get stranded, but if you do i hope it's close enough to Luling to have a respnsible businessman handle things.

Comment : Okay, this place went above and beyond. I was driving to family in Houston when a weird check engine light came on and was blinking. My car had stopped accelerating. I searched online and found Millers autoworx. When I called the owner helped me troubleshoot what it might be and whether I was safe to drive to him. It was best to get a tow and I used my insurance to obtain. When the tow guy arrived he asked where I was going and I had picked an insurance approved location. Tow guy had never heard of the location. But vouched for Miller autoworx without me prompting. Millers proved to be wonderful. They were busy with their regular work day but worked to get my car sorted so I could be on my way. They were great folks- on cars and just in general. I would recommend.
